The White Horse in Emmer Green is a wonderful local pub, serving delicious food. My friend and I both had the Katsu Chicken Curry which came with rice and chips. Very good value for money. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning soon
THE RAILWAY INN BURNHAM ON SEA .Contacted Customer Service about food I'd received from this pub. Adult meal was smaller than my grandsons child meal.They Contacted me saying they would be in Contact, that was 5 weeks ago,heard nothing, just stick their heads in the ground. Typical not interested in Customer complaints.
rip off our local Green King pub In Tamworth, Staffs has increased prices and made adult portions the size of kids portionswe got 10 chips on an adult plate dinner costing £11,staffs said that is what we have been told to serve !!mega mixed grill is now the size of a kiddies breakfast dinner yet cost £17,soft drinks now cost more than a pint of beer,AVOIDavoid at all costs as they are now a rip off
We visited the Lord Derby in StAnnes, waited 40 minutes for food and only luke warm on arrival, eggs were crispy on the edges and uncooked around the yolk, yolk was stone cold, toat was burnt on one side and had never seen a toaster on the other, poor customer service no apology for the wait and no meal check after serving the meals, when we arrived there was about a dozen people in the pub so no excuse, will definitely not be returning
Been twice now to greene king harrier pub restaurant in paston peterborough last Thursday n this Sunday Firstly the pub is great food is excellent n service staff too but oh boy the problems with the technical side equipment or delivery of food stuff supplies .Last Thursday kitchen closed so no 2 for 1 burger deal or any food for that matter So we arranged Sunday for Sunday dinner No roast or beef restaurant citing delivery issues .This Harrier pub is a bloody good restaurant we give it a 5 every time n manager Tom n staff are fab. The delivery issues n technical problems throw a big spanner in the works n we drive a fair distance to get here because we enjoy the food n service that much . We’ve had a bust the last 2 times we’ve beenPlease greene king chain can you make sure the harrier paston gets what food supplies it needs to give the best it does to its customers as last few weeks it’s been dire n it’s a 5 from us every time we’ve been n we are regulars but super Annoying to drive all this way twice n get no joy .If issues us there anyway to pre warn customers so they can make alternate arrangements? Great restaurant our favourite dont jet it fall apart please x 👍
Just been to the Blue Anchor in Aintree first time in a while and had some gorgeous nachos, halloumi fries and garlic mushrooms. Wow they were all fantastic…well done chef Jordan! Most of all was the customer service from a lady called Sharon. Made us feel so welcome so thank you so much. Will see you again soon xxxx
We went to the antelope antelope in Poole and I’m sorry to say this the manager her attitude well why would you work in front of the house? If you had an attitude like that The food came out and the pie steak and ale was awful? I can only say if you want to spend money in Poole , please do not go to this Antelope pub /restaurant.
Myself, friend and her 2 young children went to the Highwayman in Gravly. This Friday lunchtime and even though it was a bit busy Dan and the team seated us quickly with a warm welcome back 😁. Got the children's meals to us quickly. As we had a lovely carvery cooked to the highest standard that we have come to expect, served by the chef whom was charming too.
