the worst frying pan I have been using in my lifefrom non stick it became stick just in 3 monthseven when you fry oily salmon or something that can not stick by natureCrazy expensive for this quality actually no quality at allwhen I tried to contact their customer service they sent me idiotic advice how to clean a pan and how much oil to use for cookingmy advice DO NOT BUY really the worst
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! (Don’t say no one told you) We bought a set from Myer less than 3 MONTHS ago, we thought that a fairly expensive product would do the trick but our Woolworths pan are doing better and cheaper.They were fine for the first month and then EVERYTHING started to stick to them! We tried changing the oil for Grapes Oil and also butter as recommended but nothing works, everything sticks to them and the worst part is the washing, it is almost impossible to clean the sticky part and takes forever.We contacted GreenPan over Instagram but nothing, they also saw our messages, asked to send the receipt which we did and nothing happened after, they saw our message and never replied again.Don’t waste your money, you will be complaining and stressed everytimeThat you have to use them.
I wish I had googled reviews before! My review is not about customer service (haven't even got that far yet) but the product itself.I love to cook - and cook often and with very good equipment and ingredients. I saw this on a promotion at Myers - but it was still VERY expensive but I purchased and was so excited to try my new tool... every single time I have used this pan - the food sticks (and burns) and also, it doesn't clean up in the dishwasher (and I have a very good dishwasher). I keep giving it another 'go' thinking maybe I haven't put enough oil in - or maybe I should try without etc - I followed all the advice but you know what, writing this review, Ive actually decided to throw it out ( no, not recycle because I don't wish this pan on anyone else). It is a dud!!! all the reviews are true!!! this is expensive rubbish and no good to the environment because you need to spend time and 'agents' trying to clean it up! I DO NOT recommend this pan - there is so much choice out there but this one is not advisable. I won't even 'try' to rate it - just don't buy it and waste your time and effort.
My frying pan only lasted 1 year It is warped and the nonstick is useless. I have never put it in a dishwasher It has always been and cleaned.I have emailed their customer service is repeatedly to claim on the warranty, but they do not respond. Avoid using this brand at all costs
Worse fry pans ever, everything sticks to the pans. And the pot pans chips of the non stick white surface is coming off the pans. I don’t think they are safe to even cook with any longer.. what a waste of money. And I purchased the i tire set.. Live and learn. I don’t recommend purchasing GreenPan products.. 👎
I researched an eco friendly pan for our family for ages. Green Pan seemed to fit the bill but how wrong was I? The non stick degraded after a few uses and Green Pan refused to refund or exchange as they said we must have used the wrong oil?! What kind of pan is this? Now we have an incredibly expensive and useless pan for our family of four on a low budget! Would not purchase any Greenpan products again.
