BEWARE!!I bought a stainless contact grill from Greenpan NZWe found out the day after they sent my tracking number from Melbourne they canceled the order!!They keep sending me enquiry numbers & the same false tracking number that went nowhere!!Their phone numbers never went anywhere!! I tried every Greenpan’s email addresses as I could find World wide (parent company ‘The Cookware Company’I have never received my order I finally went to DISPUTUES!!
Shipping ripoff.Have Valencia Pro and a few GP5 Pieces. Was going to add few more.Found ripoff on shipping. Cannot turn down extra $5 shipping ins charge on order. Free ship a scam because extra charge is added instead.Looking to other brands now instead to fill out my kitchens.
We purchased 2 Greenpan "non stick ceramic" frying pans through Myer . In a word misleading and deceptive with respect to claims of non stick . Didint matter what we cooked (eggs,bacon,stirfry ,hamburgers etcc ) Everything sticks to the pan and wont come off with washing (as per instructions) Our previous pans lasted 12 years Theses have lasted 6 weeks and now in the bin So bad.
So, I got the GreenPan set, frying, saucepan and 3 lidded casserole dishes with collander and utensils via Dunelm.I don't understand why there are bad reviews for this make as these are such high quality and looks beautiful (nice sage) completely non stick, I usually just wipe out with kitchen roll which is enough.I suspect the negative reviews make be fake from a competitor?I'll be keeping my pans for years to come.....oh and there's warranty!
These pans were bought by me due to the lifetime warranty. The pans are chipped and not made to last. I tried to contact customer care but no reply. Phone number does not work either. Would not recommend these pans at all.
I’ve been trying to use Greenpan for over two years but they are simply hopeless. Dinner ruined again this evening. They don’t stay non-stick for long, are hard to clean and the customer service is non-existent. Save your money and buy a better product.
Over the time, I replace my nonstick pan just for cooking two dishes; crêpe and potstickers…. (All other cooking I use wok and cast iron)GreenPan performs on crêpe the way should be but not on potstickers. I tried several times however I got poor result every time (stick to bottom and can not flip with golden crisp crust)I wouldn’t purchase this brand and am not recommending it.
