Pan’s are expensive trash. Surface is easily damaged and no warranty. Customer service is terrible.

An absolute joke of a company

An absolute joke of a company, We bought a set of pans with them just 3 months ago, the coating on of them came off even though we took extra care, I contacted customer service and they have been messing me about for a month, they keep telling they will ship my replacement then I hear nothing, it's an absolute joke of a company!

misleading and poor quality, very expensive

purchased couple of pans for myself and others for the relatives as a gift. literally, greenpan products are the worst so far although they're very expensive. despite l have been quite meticulous with the care , ( never put on dishwasher, for example), everything, any kind of food started to stick it heavily. please do not waste your money . just a regular non sticking pan would do better job and would be much friendly to your wallet.

Very very poor qualify

Very very poor qualify. Non stick not had it few months and literally every type of foods sticks. Just cooked some salmon and spent 20 minutes trying to get the fish skin off the pan!!!! Total waste of money. Worst pan I have purchased in 40 years.

First let me state that I love the Greenpan set that I purchased, my issue is with the warranty service they claim to provide but do not. I purchased my pan set from a store on March 1, 2024 and the 7" sauce pan coating started to chip. I contacted the company because the store did not have a replacement set and I didn't want to return the full set because of 1 pan with an issue, I like them to much. I contacted Greenpan and explained the issue, told them the date of purchase in the first communication. They requested photos of the damage, the size of the pan and the receipt for proof of purchase. There was an exchange of 5 emails and I presumed the company would replace the pan. I did not want a refund, I wanted the pan replaced. I was advised to return to the store and as mentioned the store did not have a replacement set. I mentioned I would wai the 30 days and request a warranty replacement. On the 6 reply from Greenpan - Karen Lennox, Director of Consumer Services stated that they would keep my emails and would not honour the warranty but that I could return my pan set to the store and Greenpan would offer the best price possible on a replacement set. As a consumer I am tired of companies exploiting loopholes to get out of doing what is right. I want 1 pan out of an 11 piece set replaced because it is faulty but the company will not honour their warranty because of a 30 day return policy from the store. In other words if I had waitied 1 more week Greenpan would have honoured the warranty. I will never purchase another product from this company or any affiliates based on the exchange with Shayna and Karen from Greenpan as it is very shady that they continued to respond knowing of their supposed agreement with their retailers and the 30 day policy. I have the supporting emails and pictures if needed. I would not purchase from this company based on their customer service. If you can't stand behind your product, you shouldn't be selling it. The issue isn't a 30 day policy, the issue is that the pan failed within the first 3 weeks. Stand behind your products GREENPAN!

Do not buy this product.

Do not buy this product.. This is the biggest waste of money I've ever seen - this company should be sued for false advertising! The "non-stick" ceramic lasted about 10 uses, now I spend 10 mins cooking and 45 minutes cleaning the pan. I'm ready to throw it in the trash.

I'm In Love With Your Products, However....I Just Bought A Bistro Noir Slow Cooker, Skillet & Grill . I've search the internet for a recipe book and there is none! If you have one please let me know. Because I have not found one. I have found recipe books for all your other products but not for this one. Not what I had hoped for

I bought two pans from NZ Farmers. The wok and a 26inch fry pan.About $80 eachThey were black in colour. I don't remember if they had fancy names for each of them or not. :-/I bought them in December 2023. By March 2024 they were done.I gave extra special care when cleaning these items. Always allowing to cool before cleaning. Never used any metals in the pan or for cleaning.Always used plastic or wood during cooking.Always had separator between pans in cupboard.But no matter what I did I couldn't save the alleged non-stick surface.When we bought these items they ONLY had a cardboard wrapping that came with the instructions printed on the inside. There was nothing else provided.It claims they are dish washer safe, can use scrubbing items (Everyday dish washing brush) as long as its not metal.What the packaging did NOT say (I got this info from their customer support team)-Pans must only be used in LOW to MEDIUM heat. NOT HOT. (How do you cook stir-fry on medium heat!? Its a wok! Stir-fry must be done in a hot pan.)-Do not use Olive oil or Butter in pans. Use Vegetable oil, canola oil, Bran oil. So, do not use healthy oils.-You must use a sponge to clean that has Melamine in it or a cloth. (Contradicting the packaging)-If food is sticking. Wait for pan to cool. Add hot water and turn on the element to heat from the bottom and food will release. (Of which it does. But a lot more cleaning time and electric cost)When I contacted the customer support I explained that there were no instructions with the items reflecting what they had told me on the phone and by email. Also, that staff at the store were also surprised by the conditions of use as recommended by the customer support. As there was no label reflecting this on the items at the time.Now, however, all of their items have a sticker underneath the cardboard wrap stating the care and use conditions that their customer support had verbally informed me of. My supermarket frying pan is two years old and still going strong. It cost a mere $25 :-/ It was $55 cheaper. Damn.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money and buy elsewhere. Bad quality, poor design and horrendous customer service. The non-stick coating lasts about 6 months and chips easily, especially around the edges and handle rivets. When the coating chips, it exposes the toxic aluminium underneath, defeating its entire purpose and branding. My GreenPan set, are a little over 12 months old and they look like they’ve been in constant use for 20 years and I don’t even cook regularly!

Scam company

GreenPan's claims are false enough that I think it's fair to call them a scam rather than simply using misleading advertising. My last non-stick pan lasted 18 years; the GreenPan (with their "best" coating) that replaced it started sticking eggs right from the start, and other stuff within two weeks, following their very restrictive care instructions (which contradict their "diswasher safe" claims elsewhere). Easily the worst non-stick pan I've ever used, sticks eggs more than uncoated aluminum or steel. Company won't replace or refund, claims user error/improper care (and this is apparently everyone's experience who complains to them).Fully a quarter of Amazon reviews say similar things - and 90% of reviews here - which makes it clear this is a systemic problem, not a few outliers.Given the number of "best pan" reviews I've read, it looks very much like they're buying false reviews across the board. At best it's unacceptably deceptive, but really I'd argue it's fraud.
