They do not have a good customer relations. They take days to reply to phone calls even though you are in the phone they make you wait days. When you have a full time job and can't take calls Monday-Friday you need to call says before you want to talk to someone. I wouldn't recommend Haart to anyone.
I have been bombarded by this estate agents in regards to my home being on the market, I do not know how they have my number as I haven’t registered to sell, we are doing a part exchange with a building company and the builders are selling my home. So the fact they keep calling when I have explained multiple times! I now will ensure I never use this agency or recommend them, as this is clearly a breach of GDPR!! Avoid
Nottingham branch - lettings, were fine until I had signed the letting contract then totally unhelpful in addressing the state of the property. I put in a complaint which got no where, due to lies from the staff. At the end of the tenancy I had to contact the Tenants Deposit Scheme as Haart would not return my deposit, even though the landlord had told them to. Awful company, avoided any houses being sold by them when looking to purchase my own home.
Very attentive when they listed the property but this faded over time. Ready to exchange contracts and no reply from emails or phone calls for 4 weeks but they managed to send bill of sale to solicitors. Buyer contacted us privately so don't really know what we paid them for. Do not recommend.
Both Molly and Victoria are the two most helpful and patience individuals within the world of estate agents, as were the Haart staff in general. They elevated any stress and concerns by supporting the renting process with a friendly reassurance that I have never had elsewhere whilst interacting in the complicated rental process. Both were exceptional, with a sensitivity a humanity and empathic approach. It would appear that Haart lettings have values that are caring in nature, we need more interactions like this in our everyday - if there were more stars to give I would triple them for Molly and Victoria . I highly recommend that Haart hold on tightly to these two employees.
I moved out of my flat represented by Haart in April 2025 and have to say I had the worst experience with them. After being nothing but respectful, clean and reliable tenants, they withheld our deposit after a terrible and unprofessional check out procedure. I had to go through the TDS to recover my deposit in full and have been awarded the whole amount this September, as Haart failed to respond. Landlords - stay clear and tenants avoid at all cost.
