Nuisance cold calling

No idea how Haart gained my phone number. Ignored polite ask to be removed from their evening cold calling. Their ignorance doesn't endear me to use their services in the future.

Easily the worst company I have EVER dealt with

Easily the worst company I have EVER dealt with regarding any line of business. The staff are rude (and that goes throughout the company), they don't carry out the duties that they say they will, they don't answer the phone if you're annoyed as they screen them (I assume this as I used someone else's phone and they answered). I have complained 5 times and the most recent one was about the Area Director as they ignore the emails. Held a deposit for a week because someone was off ill. I would implore anyone to stay as far away as possible from Haart Lettings. I have recently sold a property with another agent and the difference is night and day. This has been going on for a year

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with haart Agency. I contacted them about viewing a property and explained that both my dad and my uncle who traveled down from London would be attending. I initially asked for a 2pm slot, but they told me this wasn’t possible because of an open house at that time. Instead, they suggested we join a 10am viewing.I checked with my uncle, confirmed he could make it, and called the agency back to let them know we would be there for 10am. My uncle made the trip, but when we arrived, nobody from the agency was at the property. When I called to ask where the agent was, I was told the viewing “hadn’t been confirmed.”This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time — especially considering my uncle had travelled from London. If the viewing wasn’t confirmed, I should never have been told that 10am “should be fine.” It left us standing outside a property for no reason and caused unnecessary frustration.

We are first time buyers and was quiet…

We are first time buyers and was quiet daunted about the whole mortgage process, however we went with Michael at Haart Derby for our mortgage, from start to finish the process was made so smooth and sufficient! Michael has supported us massively and got our mortgage process finalised within the matter of weeks. Michael is very knowledgeable and was happy to work around us and our needs. I would definitely recommend Michael if you are wanting to go for a mortgage very professional and easy to talk to and kept us in the loop at all times! 5 🌟!!!

Horrible experience renting through Haart Rayleigh

I would strongly advise against renting through Haart Rayleigh. From the very beginning, they refused to do a check-in walkthrough with us. We only received the check-in report more than a month after moving in, and when we finally saw it, the photos themselves showed multiple safety hazards that the agents completely ignored and failed to fix.The flat was dirty when we moved in: grease in the oven, extractor fan caked in grime (a fire hazard), carpets covered in pet hair despite being described as “clean.” The bathroom had a corroded shower head sharp enough to cause injury, a collapsing floor, and mould issues. Yet their report claimed everything was in “good condition.” There is a trip hazard in the lounge due to the carpeted floor being loose, which can be seen in their report but went unacknowledged. When we raised these issues, their response was that a property is “typically rented as is” and that we should have asked for it to be cleaned before moving in. This is completely unacceptable, tenants should not be forced to live in unsafe and unsanitary conditions, or have to beg for basic repairs. On top of this, the flat was advertised as “quiet,” but we have been subjected to constant noise from the upstairs flat at all hours, due to a lack of soundproofing, affecting our health and wellbeing.Overall, the experience has been appalling. Haart Rayleigh have been dismissive, negligent, and unwilling to take responsibility. If you are considering renting through them, I recommend you look elsewhere.

Reviewing Nottingham branch

Reviewing Nottingham branch, contact number 0115 941 1311. My property is listed on the market with another agency, I received a hand written note through post by Haart (Emma Collishaw), saying " I believe I have a buyer for your home, please call to discuss" I called, first time staff member was nice and polite, booked for an evaluation, on the following day, the evaluator called, told me I need to action my property, it's the only way, very intimidating and offending, route to market is the problem, but this guy's customer service is terrible, first all clearly the note about having a buyer for my property is lye, himself said they have buyer, not specific, so it's just a marketing method to get you in touch with them by lying about situation, then most annoyingly it's this guy's attitude, he said you NEED TO check with current agency how long the lock in period you have left, completely discarded the fact they reached out to me first knowing that my property is already listed with another agency, fair enough if they actually have a potential buyer but the true is they don't! they guy's tone of voice, arrogant and annoying, "I'm telling you what you need to do"! It's very disturbing, the lies, the attitude, on top of that, THEY REACHED OUT TO ME, I'm not begging them to sell my property.
