Poor service

Haart had found me great tenants 4 years ago. I dealt with Daisy who was great. My tenants ended there tenancy as was moving to Australia. After both us contacting Haart by e.mail there was no response I had to go into the office as Dan and myself wanted advice to know what we did to get their deposit returned.Anyway that is by the by, but what is more concerning is not once did anyone ask at that point or contact me afterwards what was doing i with my property next. Seeing as they do both rental and sales i would of at least expected them to enquire!

Don’t ever give these time wasters your…

Don’t ever give these time wasters your flat or house to let. Absolute waste of time. No customer support at all. Finally evicted tenants from destroyed property costing us £15,000 and still no contact at all from the letting dept. Disgraceful

Dangerous, Negligent, and Emotionally Abusive – Avoid Haart at All Costs

Haart Property Management has been the worst letting agent we have ever dealt with. Renting 6 Hadlow Close from August 2024 to August 2025 was a nightmare.The property was in terrible condition from day one: walls in urgent need of redecoration, black mould in extractor fans, a boiler that didn’t work for weeks, and electrical hazards caused by a faulty cooker and extractor fan tripping the electrics. Despite countless emails and phone calls, repairs were either ignored or handled incompetently. At one point, a repairman literally looked at the cooker for a minute and left.My wife was pregnant at the time, and we had two very young children. Being without heating, hot water, and safe electrics for weeks was completely unacceptable. Haart showed zero urgency or empathy, treating our legitimate safety concerns as an inconvenience.To make matters worse, there were unauthorised visits while we were at home, leaving my wife — who had just given birth — extremely anxious and distressed. They repeatedly promised action but never delivered.After a full year of rent, we moved out in August 2025 and requested our £1,950 deposit back. Haart responded by claiming nearly £3,000 in alleged “repairs” for pre-existing issues and normal wear and tear — an absurd and offensive demand.Haart Property Management demonstrates a complete disregard for tenant safety, wellbeing, and basic decency. If you value your family’s safety, your mental health, and your money, do not rent through them. Their negligence, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism are shocking, and they should not be trusted with any tenant.

Fantastic service from start to finish!!!

Having had our flat on the market for nearly a year with one Grayshott estate agent and then 6 months with another, I decided to pop in to Haart Grayshott to see if they could help. From start to finish the team were incredible. Fantastic communication all the way through. Achieved a super price and exchanged and completed within 3 months. Absolutely delighted. Well done all.

Somehow Haart estate agents have got my number!! even though we've sold through another estate agent, & I have never contacted them in any capacity. I get constant calls,i have blocked them, spoken to them & asked them not to call me, & yet still getting constant voicemail. I will be reporting them to the ICO

Estate Agents are mostly unimpressive - not really the fault of the staff, who are generally undertrained and inexperienced - that's the fault of company directors.Elle Dunne - formerly Bedford office and now St Neots office - handled my recent house sale and she was a lot more professional and experienced than the usual child worker found in most estate agents offices.

I would give zero star if possible for…

I would give zero star if possible for letting agency and the employee called SULTAN . We paid £530 holding deposit and gave all the documents that they asked for referencing, we were suppose to move on 14 August and they delayed our application for almost one month and at the end they did not give us a reason for rejecting our application and kept our holding deposit. Now they have re advertised the property . SULTAN and his letting agency are Fraud and thieves . Please dont deal with them

Worst letting agency experience ever

Worst letting agency experience ever, avoid like the plague!! Daughter rented for 2 years with her friend at uni, kept the place gleaming. From day 1 serious issues such as broken appliances and non flushing toilets went unanswered for weeks, reported serious mould in bathroom which has impacted my daughter's health massively, due to an extractor fan which makes noise but goes nowhere... repair man even said beyond her control when he eventually showed. Left the place spotless at the beginning of July and still haven't received back any of our deposit.. looking on here this is a pattern, absolute gangsters and quite rude at times with it! Regulator should be stepping in here to shut down unethical practices.
