The company called a non-relative with no connection to the sale of my late father’s home, after seeking out details from a database somewhere to try and steal the sale from my estate agents. They did this after seeing the house for sale on Rightmove. Totally underhand, unprofessional, immoral actions. If this is the value base they use, can you really trust them with your house sale? And to top it off- I had to ask them to apologise, no apology offered.
There must be better agents in Grantham. Avoid at all costs.

Went into the store and witnessed the manager Charlotte belittling and bullying the staff and swearing whilst on the phone.
Not forgetting how the sales people are ALWAYS CALLING AND BERATING! Then have the audacity to ask for a 5 star review as they get paid for them if you mention their name!!!

I knew estate agents are known to be awful but this one is by far the worst.

Haart Wembley managed our property for around 1.5 years, and unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. Communication was always very slow, with responses coming late or not at all.

They failed to arrange proper cleaning services, and even after we paid for professional cleaning ourselves, we were not reimbursed as promised. Now, they have completely stopped responding to our calls and emails.

Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism has caused us significant stress and financial loss. I would advise other landlords and tenants to be very cautious before working with this branch.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Service

We engaged a service to sell our house, and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. Just before signing the contract, the agreed commission was altered, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Communication was consistently lacking — we were promised urgent call backs that never materialized, and even the agents for the property we were purchasing had difficulty reaching the service to confirm the chain. The advertisement and photos were poorly executed, and it seemed like minimal effort was made to market the property. The service failed to instruct the buyer’s solicitors as requested, causing delays in the chain and nearly jeopardizing the sale. Record keeping seemed inadequate — we were even asked how much our own house had sold for. On completion day, the service did not arrange the key exchange properly, leaving us to handle it ourselves. Despite these issues, the representative managing our sale sent an unsolicited email celebrating a recent promotion, which felt inappropriate given the mismanagement of our sale. Overall, the service was more of a hindrance than a help in our experience. We would not consider using them again or recommending them.

They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences in life — and in my view, involving the service only amplifies that stress significantly. At the beginning, when assessing the property and getting it listed, they were extremely accommodating. Their sales pitch was smooth and persuasive. However, once I was officially on board, everything quickly deteriorated. Communication became almost nonexistent. Customer support felt like an afterthought. The escalation process was awkward and unproductive, and several team members seemed rude. The replies I received felt generic and dismissive, as if I wasn’t a valued client at all. From my perspective, if you’re a buyer, they appear eager to assist — but as a seller, it felt like I was expected to accommodate them. Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional and deeply frustrating. This is just my personal experience, but I would highly recommend considering your options carefully before choosing to engage with them.

Warning to Property Owners

As a property owner, I strongly advise against using the local branch for letting out your property. In this challenging market, it's crucial to protect your investments, but dealing with untrustworthy agents has made my experience terrible. From the start, managing tenants has been a nightmare. My property is suffering from water damage that has spread from the bathroom to the kitchen, and the agents are allowing this to continue! Despite paying for full management services and having a landlord policy in place, my house is being neglected. I've reached out to the property ombudsman, citizen advice, and trading standards. If you want to avoid a similar situation, steer clear of this service!

I received a message from a senior representative, claiming they had a buyer for my house, which is currently listed elsewhere. Skeptical, I followed up and learned there was no buyer.
