Ordered a shirt. Came in the wrong size, not the same one in the picture, and the quality was that of slave labor. Customer service tried not to take it back. They wouldn't even offer a prepaid label. The owner of this should be ashamed of the garbage their company produces.
My experience doesn't even warrant one star. It should be negative 10. I ordered a champaign colored blouse. What was sent to me looked nothing like what I ordered - cheap, terrible material, very poorly made -- didn't even look like a blouse. The item was completely misrepresented. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I sent the item back and they are telling me the only way they can refund me is if I send tracking on the package. Nowhere in the refund policy does it indicate that a tracking number on a return is mandatory for the refund. They also tried to initially return 20% of my money and I could keep the item... when I said no, they offered 50% back and I could keep the top. I said no. It's a total scam.
This company falls WAY below expectations. Ordered a large mens shirt. They send me a XXL and said they used a translation of size for EU sizing but it wasn't close to fitting. Wanted me to pay to return...if you are going to put sizes for order...have the sizes folks order or let them know there is a translation involved. If I could give a "0" review I would.
The product I received looked absolutely NOTHING like the image on the web page. I fault my impulsive decision to purchase from this company, which I had never heard of. The website states that the product should arrive in 10 business days in the US. It took 15 business days after two email complaints only to receive pure garbage. Lesson learned.
I like their boxer briefs. There is no size charge and given some reviews here, you better have a size chart. I emailed them and they acted like they did not know what a size chart is. Sad because I think their boxer briefs are a good deal and stylish
I would rate Harbor Thorne as a 0 if I could. Trust the negative reviews you read about them because they are all true!!!! They give false information, the quality is nothing like what their photos show, they don’t ship half of your items, they’re quick to respond with lies after lies and they’ll never refund your money for items you never receive. They should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting.
