I bought pair of sandals and spent over $50.00 for them and received them in one time inJuly. I wore them in August on vacation and the left shoe fell completely apart. While on vacation, i contacted customer service and was told they could not replace or refund me any money because they were worn. I even provided photos of the shoe. The policy only talked about refund, not replacement, To spend this amount of money on shoes and wear only once is awful. This is not fair to me or anyone else who experience this kind of treatment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. FIRST AND LAST TIME BUYER.
I had a very bad experience shopping online I think its a scam company they claim that your purchases are shipped and give you A fake shipping tracking number more over The shipper page is very weak and they dont answer you back and when try to complainThey repeat the same answers to you as if you talking to an AI ,i would not recommend them at all
Awful. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered a M and they sent an XL. The pants don’t look anything like the photo. They’re described as denim but are a cloth like material. As others stated they offered a 20% refund. This is a joke. I guess I’ll take the 50% refund without returning since apparently the shipping to return the item is so expensive. Don’t shop here. It’s a scam.
Ordered a shirt based on an ad on Google that claimed to be cotton blend. It came and was basically plastic. The label showed a different size than I ordered, but fit as expected. It didn't have a garment label showing care or materials or location of manufacturing. Based on the tag, I suspect it was imported as costume clothing and then sold as real clothing.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Package ordered over a month ago, package has been shipped all over the country and tracking says it is lost in Colorado (other side of the country from me). Customer service emailed back saying the package is on its way and that high volume orders was the cause of disruption. Absolute BS. I’ve asked for a refund/credit 100 times with no reply. They have done nothing to remedy the issue. They should be sued big time. I am still without my package and without a refund. Absolute theft.
Complete scammers! I ordered one pair of shoes and they sent me two pair of the same kind. Somehow they were able to double my purchase and charge me $20 more for the second pair of the same shoe on the same order. I noticed it right away and tried to cancel the order, but they don’t have customer service where you can call them. Everything happens by email. About three days later, they told me that it was too late to cancel the order but I could send it back free shipping as soon as I received it. It took about a month for them to send me. when I got them, they were wrapped up in what looks like a Walmart bag. They were shipped from China. The shoes were about four times smaller than what I ordered and they were in clear plastic cellophane bags like cigarettes come in and opened like a bag of potato chips. I never opened them. Because it came from China I could not return it to sender I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for about six weeks now. First they wanted to let me keep the shoes and give me 25% of my money back which I declined. Then they want to let me keep the shoes and give me a full store credit which I also refused. What was I gonna do with two pair of shoes that was four times too small for me. Maybe you can answer because they couldn’t. I asked him to give me a return label because the ad says free shipping on returns but they never gave me one. I ended up having to pay $30 to send their shoes back to them. They wouldn’t have given me that money had I not involved my credit card company. Finally, they sent me a message claiming that they had issued me a full refund to my credit card. But that was a lie too because they deducted the shipping from my refund. I contacted them about that and they told me that that was company policy and that it was on the website, which is not true either. At this point, I’m waiting on them to show me on their website the stupid policy that they keep coming up with. You better be very careful even logging on to that website. They have about nine rules for using our website and they almost say that by using their website, you agree to be scammed! Be careful with these people.
This company it is a scam!!!. The item i purchased it is wrong size, poor quality, they advertised as cashmere and it is all synthetic, not cashmere. For over a week I am trying to get the return form and get my money back , no e-mail back from them. Do not buy anything from them, is a total scam!
