This company is a scam, beware! Shipping took over a month to arrive. Next, the sizing is completely off and items are very poor quality, way too small and not as pictured. Now they are giving me the run around and refuse to issue a refund for the faulty item! So far I’ve emailed them 3 times about a return/refund and they’ve sent me two emails back asking to exchange for another size (which I politely declined) and now another email saying they will only refund 50%. Um NO I would like a full 100% refund for this horrible item thank you very much. Ugh. Buyer beware!
Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a shirt that looked lovely on line. When it showed up it had a hole in it and was not near the quality depicted in the photos. It was also undersized. At first they offered to let me keep the shirt for half price, but who want a new shirt with a hole in it? After much back and forth with the seller, I was finally refunded everything except shipping because they do not refund shipping unless the item was damaged. The item was clearly damaged when it was placed in the bag because there was no hole in the bag, but I tired of dealing with these people so gave up. Save yourself the aggravation and just don’t buy from them.
Terrible. Do not buy from this website. I bought a button down shirt from here. They shipped a 3XL when I ordered an XL and the color of the shirt looked nothing like the one on the site. They also are not agreeing to give me a full refund only a partial even though this isn’t even the size I ordered
I got scammed! The website photos and description did not match the item I received. I ordered the Bordeaux Heritage Leather Boots in a "Chesnutt" Size 9.5. I ordered what was a "Genuine Leather Exterior" what I received looks to be a very poor quality FAKE Leather, BLACK\BLUE Two Tone, SIZE 10 that can only be described as "Junk" the boot, other than the size "10" on the sole there was not labels or marking, one sole sticker showing all man made materials was the only other marking or labeling. After reaching out to support(at sign)harborthorne(dotcom) they initially offered a 20% refund without exchange, I quickly rejected, they countered with a 50% refund without return or exchange of the junk boots. I then responded that I would contact my credit card company and report fraud at ics.gov
This company is a scam. I gave them the benefit of a doubt by placing a small order first, delay after delay. Asked for refund, they BS response,will have to go thru credit card company to get my refund. Thank goodness I didn't place my original large order. Stay away from this company . Far away.
STAY AWAY!!! I purchased 3 sets of "100% Cashmere Sets". They are NOT cashmere! They are scratchy, terrible fakes. They look nothing like the photos of the items. Moreover, in violation of federal law, they do not have fabric content tags or country of origin. The company states that they only refund and offer free shipping for damaged items. These are not what was ordered; they are terrible garments made of horrible, scratchy fabric.

There’s no working phone number, no legitimate address, no real team or warehouse—despite what their fake “support” messages claim.Here’s what happened with my order:During checkout, it asked if I wanted to tip (for what?!).It offered the same pair of boots for 50% off—I said no, but they charged me anyway.The boots arrived in the wrong size—and when I complained, they blamed me, even though their website said nothing about sizing differences.The “nice leather” boots came shoved in a bag, not even a box—straight-up cheap Shein-quality garbage.I paid to return them, but the package kept bouncing around California because their “address” isn’t real. So no refund, no boots, nothing.And those glowing reviews you see? Completely fake. READ THEM! They are all typed in the same format and NAME dropping their products lmao. please, the negative reviews are human, I promise you. Look at the difference in how the people in the negative reviews type vs the cookie cutter positive reviews. I’m a real customer warning you: this is a scam site. Do not give them your money. Suzette and Julie are AI robots that don't actually answer your questions and make you do your own investigating which would make ANYONE livid.
I ordered two sweatsuits and I ordered size XL, what I received was 3XL and they said it converted to a size L...I spoke to two different people via phone and they told me they will refund me but I had to pay for return...I explained to them that they sent me something that I didn't order and I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake... They didn't want to send a return receipt and kept talking about company policy on returns which imo didn't apply to me because they sent the wrong size as advertised in sizing when I ordered...I was hoping to get it rectified via BBB yet again they refused to respond to them...So much for customer service with this business...I still have the items wrapped up awaiting return receipt but I know it will not happen nor will they reply to me as if I'm the problem just because I'm trying to hold them accountable for sending out whatever they want to customers.... Be extremely cautious and careful and educated yourself and friends about this business
