Review Time
I ordered one pair of lounge pants. My confirmation email said they were sending two pairs, and of course billing me for two pairs. I immediately contacted customer service and they said it was too late to adjust the order as the shipment was already on the way, and that I'd have to return the extra pair for a refund. About a week later, I got an email saying the shipment was on the way. They could have easily changed the order, they just didn't want to. Their website has no address and no returns information. Lesson learned. Do NOT do business with these rip-off scammers. (The pants are fine, btw. No quality complaints.)
I ordered a sweater which eventually arrived. The colour was not as advertised, it was very badly made - seams not finished off properly. There was no care label indicating how to wash or dry clean. The fit was not good. I contacted customer services immediately to request a refund and I was ignored. I tried a second time - again I was ignored. Unless you feel like throwing money away I suggest you do not buy from this company.
HORRIBLE, cheap looking jacket. They scammed me and sent me 2 X-Large when I only ordered ONE medium. They added an extra to my cart without my knowing until the end. They will automatically add extra items to your cart and you have to manually remove each one which is sneaky. When I tried to dispute the second jacket being added to my cart, they basically said too bad, send the second one back when it arrives. When they arrived they sent me two X large jackets instead of medium and refused to pay for the return shipping. The return shipping from Australia was going to cost more than the jacket. PayPal couldn’t help me so I ended up disputing with my bank and they confirmed this company is dodgy and they have previously received complaints from other people about this store. AVOID! They are a scam and hope you won’t send the jackets back so they keep your money anyway. The quality was so bad. It looked like it was from a thrift store. It was a horrible, stressful experience and they kept ignoring my emails or taking days to reply. They were at fault by sending X-Large instead of medium. The weight of 2 X-Large jackets is insane. I would have been happy to return the second jacket if it was a medium but me sending back two X-Large jackets because they made a mistake with the sizing is unreasonable. And i should not have to pay for shipping for their error. For the fact that the bank confirmed that they are a scam after they conducted their investigation is enough for me. Do not shop here!
