I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered shawls for a wedding, but they were not delivered on time. They claimed delivery failed due to an incorrect address, although I provided proof that my address was accurate. They said they would attempt to resend the order, but when I requested a refund since the wedding had passed, they refused, stating it was still in transit. They offered a 'full store credit' upon delivery. This seller is not trustworthy! Avoid ordering from them!
The customer service is incredibly poor; they sent the wrong size and then refused to issue a refund. The quality does not match the images shown online. I decided to discard a sweater rather than continue the frustrating email exchanges that led nowhere. Avoid this seller.
I requested a sizing chart and followed it correctly. However, the order I received was two sizes too large. They automatically adjust orders to be two sizes bigger without informing customers. When I asked for a return label, they claimed it was my mistake. I ordered the correct size, so why change it? I strongly advise against buying from this seller.
This seller is a total scam. They send incorrect items, and you must pay out of pocket to return them. Once they receive the returned items, they only refund half your money. I received a delivery photo showing the item was delivered to someone’s home. This situation is unacceptable.
The sweater came with no tags; i.e. size, washing instructions, type of material. I’ve never received clothes with no tags. This was their excuse “This is because we source from different partner warehouses and manufacturers, and each may follow slightly different packaging or labeling processed.” Completely ridiculous and the only thing they offer is a 20% discount. Or 50% off another product. Why would I purchase from you again just to be disappointed in another one of your clothing schemes. The sweater was not as described nor worth the money. They got me once but not again and that’s why I’m taking the time to leave this review.
Horrible service. "Fake" customer service. A TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy anything here. I'll be filing a credit card refund request which will trigger an investigation.As others have said, there was no indication that the products are coming on a "slow boat from China..." (literally), even though they have a comforting British-sounding company name and an address in Chatsworth, CA.Stay away from this fraudster!
