Order Took a month and a Half to…

Order Took a month and a Half to finally arrive. Tracking number didn’t work. And clothes do not accurately match the description. Ordered a hoodie that said cotton and got hoodie that’s polyester or whatever. They must be gettin their stuff from Asia and reselling it. 🤦🏻‍♂️

TOTAL scam - DO NOT ORDER from this vendor- the blouse that finally arrived from this vendor would have been hilarious if it hadn't ended up costing me almost $50 when it was all said and done. Appeared to have been made by children in a factory somewhere, which is very likely, sadly. Cheap, cheap fabric shiny gold, yucky feeling - it looked like a cartoon version of the one photographed at their web site. Demanded that I be able to return it for a refund and they wanted ME to pay to send it back (rather than providing a return label and deducting a fee from the refund like reputable vendors do). I had read awful reviews by then about the customer service run around and knew I would not get my money back, so did not spend more to return it.

I NEVER write reviews, but this is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order, and they shipped the wrong items. After they agreed on their error, they refused to help me in fixing their mistake. Do not order from this company.

Company in the US - keep attention!

Ordered a trouser in size L, got it in 2XL and they would only send me my size if I'm going to return the 2XL before. However, shipping to USA would be at 85 EUR whereas the trouser had a price of 66 EUR. Hence a complete no go and after a couple of emails now forth and back, I give up. I'm shocked to see all these bad comments and really wonder how those companies are allowed to operating in the US. I will now stop buying products from US companies since the quality, service and trust has gone.

Same exact flannel found at Walmart 1/2 the price

I found a flannel I really liked. Then checked sites like this one for reviews on the company. With suspicion, I google image searched the flannel I liked and Walmart sells the same one for half the price.

They sent me three belts

They sent me three belts. I returned them. I asked American Express to give me credit. They told American Express they I still had the belts, even though I returned them, and therefore I should be charged the money which they’re doing. This is the most crooked retailer I’ve ever seen when I try and go on their webpage. Safari can’t access it. They are crooks stay away from them. They are as big as crooks as I’ve ever found on the Internet.

I got a picture of a linen shirt printed onto cheap polyester, GAAAG!

I ordered a linen shirt at a price that a linen shirt should cost. What I got was a picture of a linen shirt printed onto sub par polyester. Maybe worth $5, when I paid over $50. To send it back they dragged me through the wringer, did not pay for shipping, pretended they lost it, saying they cant pay me back til they get it, I've had enough. This company sucks, If I worked there I would burn it down; legit. AWFUL.

Don't waste your time with them

This company is weird all together they don't have any communication skills i got in touch with them via email which was a disaster. I asked for a package slip.for returns and they refused said item had to ve defective it was defective it had no form I purchase a blazer said the item was a 3x came as a size 5x and fit like a large i have been communicating for 4 days and still not resolved.

Company sent a jacket 3 sizes larger…

Company sent a jacket 3 sizes larger than ordered with a patch that wasn't in the description AND the patch had "LOVE" misspelled as "LOYE" - company wouldn't send us a label to return the item. They insisted we return at our own expense and they'd consider processing a refund. What a joke of a company. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY.
