I ordered a "sweater coat" on 1/20/25 and still have not received it yet!! I've sent them 3 emails to advise on delivery and status and each time I get the same automated message about "circumstances beyond their control "which has caused a delay in shipping? Avoid this company. I will never do business with them again.
They advertise a high-end product, but deliver terrible quality knock-offs. Bought a faux fur vest for $70 and is absolutely horrendous & nothing like what was pictured in the site. They won’t send me a return label so want me to lose money to return this garbage
There’s no customer service so I can’t even read it as poor. They have ignored my email request and my phone calls to try and get a return on an item we ordered as small and they sent a large and said that they size up two sizes which we did not request and now they will not Respond
Ordered Belgravia Wide Leg Trouser on Nov 20. I had to reach out to them multiple times bc I never received. They kept saying they see in transit, but nothing had been updated in over a month. They finally agreed to resend, and they arrived Jan 21. AWFUL quality and cut. Do not shop here. It’s a waste of your money.
