Review Time
These are scams. After they charged me, I got a message that the item was out of stock. They refuse to refund my money. They keep offering an exchange. When I refuse, they ask me to return the item I NEVER RECEIVED!! Do not order from this scam operation! I had to have AMEX stop payment.
Absolute joke of a company, they sent me the wrong size, I ordered a L and they sent me an XXL, clearly their mistake. When I received the item I told them they sent the wrong size and they made ME pay for shipping back. When the mistake was no fault of my own. After they received my item it then took them a month to send me a refund. They are clowns in a circus leave this company in the trash. I paid $61 to get the item sent to me, then had to pay $12 to ship it back, then was only refunded $50. I lost $23 just doing business with them and have no item to show for it. Do yourself a favor and keep ur money in your bank, do not waste on these buffoons!!
The bronco full-grain leather belt actually smells like real leather, which is getting rare. It’s aged well over a few weeks;got softer without losing its shape. The buckle has a nice dull shine. Didn’t expect it to ship that fast.
Tracking was dreadful, had to email to get any kind of detail and it was always vague.Received, terrible quality and poor workmanship, more like a pajama than a jogger. Not something I would ever wear outside. These will likely get donated. Tiny pockets, way over priced for what I received. A 5-10 dollar pair of pants made by a high schooler in a class is what they look and feel like. After waiting so long this is the nail in the coffin, will never purchase again.
Definitely beware!!! I will give them some credit for responding to emails and that’s about it!!!Size charts must be for tiny people overseas.I ordered 1 3X short set suit from their terrible malfunctioning website! It actually show me I ordered one set . After changing my card for two sets I immediately emailed the company letting them know my problem. I was assured this problem would be taken care of. To no avail it definitely wasn’t taken care of so three weeks later I get two 3X short sets that wouldn’t fit my son who only weighs 130 pounds.I was told that I could return them, but I must pay for the return labels or shipping. The suits definitely looked nice, but the size was so far off. It’s not even funny. I would not recommend no one unless you are a tiny person to shop on this website and even if you are small, I still wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews for companies that are trying to make their way, but in this case they left me no choice.
I should’ve looked at the reviews first. I ordered an item that was too short. I couldn’t find how to initiate a return as my account on the website doesn’t show my order. I emailed them and the correspondence will occur every 24 hours just an fyi. Nothing will get resolved that same day. They told me I have to pay for return US shipping. Nowhere does it state that under refund policies and processes. I want my shipping label. Stop holding it hostage!
