Been going to Headmasters Harrow for the past year and always come away feeling amazing ! Jessica has cut my hair regularly and she always does a great job , never rushed and pays so much attention to what you say . Even my hair wash by Sam was wonderful! Great atmosphere in the salon , all the staff are friendly- it’s great to feel confident in your hairdresser .
Victoria branch. Hairdresser had bad attitude and was negative, abrupt, and extremely unhelpful. Just awful. I got up and left and did not have my hair done in the end. I Complained to the branch via head office and they didn’t even apologise. Headmasters Head office were really great though and found me another salon and hairdresser who have been amazing. Needless to say I won’t be returning to the Victoria branch.
My appointment was late by 40 min despite of having been told on arrival that they were running late by 10 min. Only when I was about to be treated I was only offered water as their coffee machine broke the day after. I understand that I can’t take coffee for granted at a hair salon, but having known that it was going to take so long I could have grab a coffee run for all on the time I was waiting. Despite of this, my stylist was very professional and accurate. I will go again but I would much rather be inform beforehand or on arrival about their late running schedule. Thankyou
I've been at the Woking salon. Denise was my hairdresser. I was honest with her and I told her I've had few bad experience in colouring and cutting in the past few years .We have discussed what I would and what she recommend. She explained every step what she was doing. I felt she care about my hair and I can trust her. When she finished with all the colouring cutting , blow drying ..etc the result was absolutely fantastic. I love the colour, style, the beachy waves. So, I can not say thank you enough to Denise. She is really great, professional, friendly.Thank you
Sadly after many years and some great results i will not be returning to Headmasters. I had colour and cut Sunday 23rd. Both very disappointing. Haircut took 10 minutes. Colour the worst ever. I understand that mistakes are made and misunderstandings.My stylist did not call me back. I called and asked to speak to the manager he was only available by appointment which i made when i tried to reschedule i realised i couldn't go in there to discuss what i was not happy with. The attitude was unpleasant and unhelpful It is very disappointing when a lovely visit to the hairdresser does not go well and complaining is hard, however being rude to a client that has not received what they paid for is unprofessional . The rudeness and attitude of the salon has made sure i will not return.
