I called and got the appointment on the same day.I was booked by Amber and also she styled both my daughter’s and my hair!We were both absolutely happy.I think Amber is very skilled and has great communication skills. She is also extremely kind and as a result the whole experince went extremely well.We were also looked after by other personel,treated with hot and cold drinks and busicits. I love the cleanliness of the whole salon and toilet particularly where there are always clean flannels!We will definitely come again and look for Amber!Thank you Headmasters!
I took my Autistic son for a haircut. He asked for a low taper fade and was given a high unblended grade zero by a man named Greg Leonard. I had popped out for a coffee, and when I came back, I was shocked. He tried to blame my son and said, "I bet this will be an interesting conversation at dinner." He seemed to enjoy inflicting this on a 14-year-old Autistic child. The man should not be allowed near children's hair again.
Went in for a haircut that was absolutely shockingly bad. Emailed head office with pictures. They apologised and offered to rectify it.. two weeks later I’m still chasing them up for an appointment all the while walking around with a disastrous haircut. Emails are ignored, when the replies do come, they are generic and seemingly trying to frustrate customers on purpose. 2 stars for the hair stylist, zero stars for customer service.It might be worth adding that this hairdressers can only manage thin, European hair. They try to make their models “diverse” but the stylist had no clue what he was doing. Devastated by this whole experience.
Headmasters online booking system is one of the worst time wasting systems ever. You think you have a confirmed booking but upon arrival at the salon, no. I stopped using the online system but am currently overseas and just tried to make an appointment for my return. Hopeless. Trying to select your preferred stylist at the times shown as available is next to impossible….and adding a Finishing blow dry - expect to input and delete, input again etc. Why Headmasters don’t invest in fixing what they are fully aware is a problem booking site is beyond me. They have however, invested in adding a cancellation payment to the site. Use the online booking system at your peril.
I’ve been going to Headmasters Weybridge for over a decade, it’s a great salon with lovely people. Alana is a hair magician and makes my hair look fantastic! Colour matching for grown out roots can be difficult but she is an expert and does a fantastic job.

Wonderful, friendly, knowlegeable professionals from the top management to the young apprentices, you will receive a warm welcome and terrific service.The salon is immaculate and in a sunny position so it is welcoming and cheerful even on a grim winter's day.I love the care and attention that is given to my hair, the good advice, the beautiful colour and excellent cut from Louise that lasts really well until the next appointment. Remember: Headmasters is a franchise, so not all branches offer this level of service. But at the East Sheen branch, even though it is quite a way for me to get there, it is worth the effort every time. Thank you Louise and your amazing team!
