The phlebotomist was truly exceptional during my blood draw. She was warm, compassionate, and remarkably patient, taking her time to ensure I was comfortable, especially since I tend to faint. Her soothing and attentive demeanor really helped to calm my nerves. I couldn’t have hoped for better care — thank you!
The nurse was very pleasant and did her best to assist me. However, she couldn't administer my yellow fever vaccine as she hadn't received the necessary training yet. This indicates a flaw in the system. Why was I able to schedule an appointment for a vaccine with someone who isn't qualified to provide it? It feels quite frustrating and was a waste of time. The nurse did well in rescheduling my appointment with someone who could help.
I visited for a blood test, and the nurse informed me about potential delays in sample delivery due to holiday mail disruptions. I was given the option to proceed or reschedule at no cost. I chose to reschedule, appreciating the straightforward guidance, as I really didn't want to return for a second attempt due to a compromised sample.
I recently had a Vitamin D blood test, and the assistant who helped me was exceptional. She was friendly, very professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the procedure. She explained everything thoroughly, put me at ease right from the beginning, and the blood draw was flawless: she located the vein instantly, and I hardly felt anything. She also provided valuable aftercare advice, including a suggestion to wait before hitting the gym that day. I took her advice and had no problems whatsoever. Overall, it was a truly positive experience with excellent service. I left genuinely impressed and would highly recommend this clinic.
