🤬 BUYERS BEWARE !!! – AVOID THIS COMPANY (and its clones) LIKE THE PLAGUE🤬It looked like a duck, waddled like a duck, quacked like a duck and turns out it was a duck!Oh! the wonders of hindsight on the ‘’following your gut instinct’’. ‘’should have read the review sites’’ and ‘’don’t be a sucker for social media advertising, especially after having enjoyed a tipple or 3’’ fronts.I fell for the Sloth Socks one with HearthwarmRealised the error of my ways within a couple of hours when I spotted they had taken more money than was stated on the order invoice.I immediately submitted (as per their policies) a cancellation and refund request.And I’ve now enjoyed 8 days of their generic replies and useless tracking information, especially where they contradict the information containing in the tracking links THEY sent me.It turns out (as I did a bit of heckles up digging around) that all the following companies, offering virtually all the same goods and offers must be linked as they all have the same return address; FLAT/RM 705，7/F，FA YUEN COMMERCIAL BUILDING， NO.75，FA YUEN STREET，MONG KOK，KL，HONGKONG**It must be a BIG Flat**And from the ones it can be easily found on, the same UK based holding/parent company;ELITE TRADING COMPANY LIMITED5 BRAYFORD SQUARELONDONE1 0SGHearthwarm.com Hearthpost.com Funfunhut.com Successivei.comInpracticet.comExetucation.co.ukInvaluablei.comRsgs.ukLiterary.comEternitior.ukPolitety.com Pickelect.comAll the relevant information can be found on their contact us and/or policy/returns pagesAll us support@ as the only means on contacting themSo SO Many RED FLAGS missed !!
I fell for the sock advert in social media and thought my kids would love them. I paid with PayPal and like others I was also charged VAT on top of the advertised price. I was sent tracking which was updating but it's been over a month now even tho they apparently passed and left uk customs over 2 weeks ago now so I contacted them the other day and to be fair they have fully refunded me including the extra VAT they charged and were apologetic about it.
Only giving one star as I couldn't give none. Overcharged me for my order then when I questioned it they said I hadn't placed an order even though I had the order confirmation. Spoke with PayPal who refunded me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS
