I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I ordered socks in mid-October and was charged more than expected. No socks have been delivered, despite numerous emails and no tracking information provided. They keep asking for patience, claiming refunds aren’t possible because the order is shipped. Please avoid this company!
Avoid this company! They are scammers. I bought some so-called ‘high quality’ socks, and what arrived was shocking. I contacted customer service and was offered a £2 refund on socks that cost nearly £15. Please steer clear of this service!
I placed my order on 10 October 2025 and still have not received my items. After weeks of silence, I contacted customer support and was told on 20 November 2025 that a replacement would be sent because there were “no updates” on the original shipment. Since then, nothing—no tracking, no progress, no communication.I have now waited far beyond any reasonable timeframe, and the lack of transparency is incredibly disappointing. A reputable company should be able to provide proper tracking information, timely updates, or issue a refund when they fail to deliver. Instead, I have been left completely in the dark.I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from this company. My experience has shown poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and no accountability.
I placed an order on 10th October, still havnt received it after two emails to them. I was told they would contact the couriers, second email I was told to be patient as I asked for a refund. Still nothing so I have emailed again telling them I have ant the refund as this website does not exist. Think I’ve lost my money
