Ordered socks that had hidden costs, were overpriced, took way too long to arrive, look nothing like the picture and are of terrible quality.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. Ordered sloth socks, advertised for about £12.99, but on my card they had charged me £18 (which, when I queried it, they refunded the difference). When (eventually) they arrived the socks are awful and not like advertised. Have been back and forth with them, they won't accept a refund (or return) and say they are the same! They have offered me 5 USD refund so currently reporting them with me credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Well, after ordering on 22 October my order finally arrived today, 25 November. I know they come from China but, over a month.

Never Delivered

Ordered on October 11th and followed their tracking up to the point where it was passed to the local delivery company. I have spent the last 4 weeks chasing them for local delivery company details, tracking and expected delivery date. Sam reply every time; we'll ask the local company to update their tracking details. I checked the postcode of the "delivery company" and it is a housing estate in Lincoln. I asked for a refund last week and got the same tracking email. Today I logged a disputed payment with the bank. I have also reported them to Meta. Next, I am going to report them to London Trading Standards as their registered office is there. Finally, I will report them to National Cyber Security. It's the same story as everyone else, so it must be a scam and needs to be shut down.

Why did I not check them out first!!

Can not believe I didn't check them out first! Placed an order for the socks much like everyone else at the beginning of October. Tracking took a while but seemed like they might arrive. When I chased and asked was told they had been resent! Why would a company do that without telling you. Truth is they wouldn't after 5 requests to cancel my order which we are ignored. Went through paypal who refunded me within 2 days. Do not fall for it!

Socks failed to arrive

Ordered pair of socks 13 October, all appeared ok on tracking until they arrived in Cardiff where they have supposedly arrived and got stuck. Fobbed off by Hearthwarm ever since with promises of them arriving. New tracking link which doesn't work. Currently reporting to credit card company as fraud. DO NOT USE

One of the worst companies I’ve ever…

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Overcharged me on my order. It’s almost a month now and still no socks. Refusing to give me my refund and keep just telling me to be patient. Do yourself a favour and do not use this cowboy of a company. 1 star feels too generous.

Avoid these scammers

As per the majority of other reviewers, I ordered the sloth socks. They took payment for £18 despite the invoice stating £14.They took 7 weeks to arrive. Tracking showed them coming from Tulsa to the UK, but the envelope stated China when it finally arrived.As for the items themselves, neither cozy nor knitted.... Thin socks with something resembling a sloth in a wind tunnel, made from a distorted bean bag.Despite a few attempts, they offered me no more than £4, so I raised a PayPal dispute which was successful.Avoid like the plague!
