Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a Pyjama set for my son and unfortunately was faulty after one wear.I contacted them to request a replacement. The response was almost immediate and a new pair was sent and received the next day. Great example of customer service and how to treat customers.Definitely recommend and will be making more purchases. My son loves the Pj's!

Poor instructions for kids to follow, easily mislead. Refused a replacement or refund which is harsh when sending picture evidence of the damaged good. easy mistake to make but clearly not bothered about customer experience.
