I ordered the watermelon warmie as a Christmas present & found out my friend had already been bought it, I emailed to ask if I could drop the parcel off as they are based round the corner they were really helpful and the refund was very quick. Great customer service and lovely people!
Absolutely lovely website, I ordered something that unfortunately ended up being out of stock however Janine from Heat Treats gave me a call and emailed me regarding this, she was incredibly nice & offered a full refund or to send out something else regardless of it it was more money than what i originally paid. I just received the package and I am over the moon, delivery was quick too!Will definitely be ordering from here again, such cute products and excellent service. Thankyou!!
Very prompt delivery. The wrap-around hot water bottle was an immediate success! The velcro fasteners cover the whole area of the end of the 'wrap-around', and so provide a firm, stable base for the bottle to stay against your body. The bottle itself is just the right size - not too large to become obstructive or heavy, but large enough to provide a lasting heat. An added bonus is the large hand pouch running the full length of the bottle. The whole item seems well-made and exactly fit for purpose. Even the colour is perfect - a nice, muted, dusky pink. I have nothing negative at all to say about the product or the company, and would certainly buy from them again.
After placing my order, I wanted to change one item. I emailed customer service and got a reply within minutes. The lady I spoke to was super efficient and polite and amended my order straight away, and confirmed later on that my stuff had been shipped. It arrived the next business day. So refreshing to be able to speak to a real person and get good old-fashioned customer service.
First purchase form heat treats parcel arrived quickly and well packed however one of the items was faulty I filled the online form and received a reply within 24 hours no quibbles they just asked for a photo and replacement was in the post straight away! Excellent customer service would highly recommend 👍
Superb retailer. I ordered three Xmas presents from them in the space of 14 days and all arrived promptly and packaged well. The wrong product was shipped to me in error. I advised by email and with 20 minutes a new product has been shipped out, together with a credit note as a gesture of goodwill. If only everyones customer service levels were this good!
I was very happy to find a hand warmer perfect in practical use but also in my taste of design. I also got some thermal socks. Due to health conditions and energy prices I struggle to keep my extremities warm and these products have done the job! Unfortunately, the hand warmer had a significant tear on arrival and I contacted the team who were prompt and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I was given a variety of options to resolve the damaged product and very happily received a replacement which is perfect. My hands are happy and warm and I love my soft thermal socks. My parcel went missing, I will not disclose how just in case anyone says it happened to them.Heattreats were amazing they responded straight away when I emailed them, they sent me all the information.They offered me a refund or a new one even though it was not their fault and it would make them lose money.They got my new parcel sent to my works so that it would not go missing again.I ordered a dressing gown for my husband and the quality is beautiful so soft and a bargain for the price.I would highly recommend this company, they go above and beyond to help you,simply amazing and so kind.
