Warm Cosy Products & Exceptional Customer Service

I can't recommend this company enough. Their attention to detail and customer service is exemplary. I wish there were more companies out there who treated their customers as well as Heat Treats. And the products I just bought are perfect during the winter months in the UK.

my parcel

my parcel was sent on the same day as i ordered it. The Royal Mail still have not delivered it 3 weeks later or lost it. having informed Heat Treats of the situation, they promptly resent my parcel via FedEx which i received 2 days later. Top notch service good mannered and polite thank you.
