An easy fast purchase of two beautiful and cosy pairs of slipper socks. An initial issue with one of the pairs but when I contacted Janine about the issue she responded very swiftly and sorted a replacement pair to be sent that arrived within two days. Very impressed with this company and their fast and friendly communication. Would highly recommend them.

I purchased two items as Christmas gifts, the foot warmer for my partner who always complains his feet are cold, and the belted hot water bottle for my sister who I struggle to pick things for. The customer service is excellent, I got a call not long after I placed my order as I had left out the door number for delivery. The items are genuinely lovely and my Christmas shopping is now complete. I would recommend Heat Treats to anyone looking for something to keep warm with and hope to treat myself to something in 2025.
