Absolutely recommend this buisness!! They have gone above and beyond any other customer service I have ever experienced. A slight error error in my order had occurred and within a couple of hours of emailing, the error was resolved and Janine has been so kind to send out the new item with fast delivery and even added in a little extra as she knew it was for an elderly relative. It was so kind to hear such care and attentiveness towards my family member and this has truely made me so happy. I cannot recommend this business enough and will definitely be using them again!!
I ordered the lavender scented plush bobcat from Heat Treats on 21st October 20205. However, I did not locate this until Monday 3rd November due to Royal Mail placing it in an undisclosed, “safe place” which did not belong to me. I emailed Heat Treats and Janine was prompt in replying and incredibly helpful in assisting me with locating my parcel. Janine provided the Royal Mail tracking link and even Googled the rough area, the parcel may have been located. I eventually found the parcel. The bobcat is even more beautiful in person. He is incredibly soft and smells amazing upon being heated in the microwave. He is also a very good size and little’un loves snuggling up to him at night. I have noticed that he does appear to hold his heat well after little’un has fallen asleep too. Thank you Team.
I stupidly ordered to my old address, I emailed as soon as I realised and Janine managed to get it all sorted and changed to the correct delivery address even though it had already been packaged and was ready to be shipped. I don’t have the item yet so cant comment on that but 10/10 for customer service.
