Review Time
We ordered and received two cozy plush microwavable toys - a sheep and a bear. They are both lovely in appearance, character and with their cuddly feel and are an ease of practicality and functionality as hotties with them being microwaveable. Unfortunately it turned out the bear had a faulty seam and started losing its contents. We are still, however, giving 5 stars as these things can of course happen but because what impressed us the most was the ease, painless nature and timely replacement bear arriving after we contacted the company about the problem, along with the attentive and warm communication during the replacement process as well as no postage costs incurred by us with the replacement. All sorted. We have to say very impressive customer service both pre and post sales. Thank you.
I received a pair of slipper boots for Christmas. Unfortunately there was a problem and I had to return them. This was dealt with in such a friendly, quick and efficient way that it was almost a pleasure! I am now, on the 2nd January, expecting a delivery from the Royal Mail of a new pair !
