My Grandson is mad about Polar Bears so was over the moon with the onesie I bought for his birthday.There was a slight deffect which I relayed to Heat Treats, Janine from the customer services team replied straight away and shipped out a replacement same day. With an extra little Polar Bear treat for my Grandson. 5 star customer service, would definately recommend.
