I have fallen in love with Heidi. It makes admin so much easier and saves me so much time. Not to mention the decreased cognitive load. As a psychologist, it is so handy to know that all the key points of your sessions are being taken down in the background so you can just focus on being fully present with your client. All the privacy and safety issues have been thoroughly addressed which is reassuring. The hardest part is remembering to hit the record and stop buttons! I highly recommend that every psychologist get on board with Heidi.
Very helpful AI app, although I would like more nursing specialty options to pick from. I do case management and that isn’t a specialty option. But over all the dictation works beautifully, and it really helps format well articulated notes to help with my charting.
Excellent AI scribe, and I’ve tried a few. The notes are accurate, as detailed and you want and sound very natural. Other AI scribes make very robotic notes. My only complaint is that the note takes a long time to generate, sometimes minutes ! If this isn’t improved, I would need to move on to another platform. I have the paid version now but unfortunately haven't noticed a big improvement. I am told there are updates coming that may help with processing speed, so fingers are crossed ! If the notes were generated quicker, I would give Heidi a 5/5 for sure!
It is surprisingly accurate and is able to capture most things that are said despite only using my iphone microphone. I've tested our a few AI programs and it is one of simplest and easiest to use. It has been life changing for those multiple complaint or mental health visits.My complaints are that it can take some time for the notes to load. I had a few that never did load and I loss that entire encounter. Mind you I have just been using the free program and they say that processing time is faster with the purchased software. I reached out to Heidi but their customer service was very slow to respond or help me. As a result I don't feel I can trust Heidi to always capture my notes and end up also taking my own notes just in case.
I really wanted to like Heidi. I love it's great potential and the times when it worked, it was such a HUGE help!However, I rely on using my phone to record my 50 minute counselling sessions and I've had more failed recordings than good ones, unfortunately. In the beginning I made the mistake to lock the screen after I hit record on my phone. Helpdesk helped me figure it out, but it still was very much hit and miss on whether the recording actually recorded the session. On a few occasions the phone mic was not able to pick up my client's speech and the tech support needed to boost the volume. On other occasions, it simply brought me back to the 'start a recording' when I was done my session.On my laptop it works fine and without any problems. Unfortunately, I can't use laptops in my sessions so I'm relying on my phone.Helpdesk said they're working on an app. I'll try them again once that's released. But at this point, after 3 weeks of trialling it, I've put too much time into problem solving failed recordings, time I could have put into writing my notes.I do want to highlight, though, that when it worked, it worked beautifully and I was very impressed with the output! Their "ask AI" functionality is also amazing. you can upload/create your own templates, ask Heidi to write a letter to other professionals and all other kind of fun and helpful things.PS: full disclosure, Heidi offered $25 gift certificate for those writing any kind of review on trust pilot, and I assume many other authors here received the same incentive
