Having made an investment in unfamiliar technology after deciding on a heat pump the HIES scheme provides peace of mind for the consumer by vetting the installer and assuring guarantees should any problems occur.I appreciated their swift communication following the completion of the installation.

We had Jem Energy install and solar panels and battery communication was great from start to finish would recommend them to anyone looking to get solar or battery installed. It was great that the company was vetted and approved by HIES which gave us peace of mind especially when investing a lot of money.
