Showroom opened between Xmas & New Year to accommodate our travel plans - designed a system that provided the kw required for our use and not, like other company's, to suit their own bank balance - I was amazed with the technical expertise of Michael & Jonathon the owners, taking their time to explain all my questions. The installation team (on the roof Bret & his son Brooke plus of course the electrician Liam) were fantastic - on time / polite / professional / clean and a pleasure to have at our property. Every stage of the project that was expected to be done was exactly on time. And went like clockwork. Materials that was used are of a high quality. Workers just new what they were doing and made such a great job.Could not fault the anything, and we are delighted with the results.Well done!
I had solar panels and a Tesla 3 storage battery lfitted by Octopus Energy and the whole purchase and installation went so smoothly and easy. The installation team were excellent keeping us up to date with the installation progress. The installation took two days and the team were very tidy.
All staff were very polite and went above our expectations in ensuring that there was very little damage to existing flooring. They made sure that their equipment was stored tidily throughout the fitting and ensured that we were happy with their installation and positioning of radiators, etc.
