Installation was a dream, ran perfectly on time and if there were any problems they didn’t bother us, just found the solution and got on with the job. The run up to the installation ran equally well, the colleagues who came round to the house answered all our questions, even the ones we didn’t know we had. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish without a hiccup. The people at Marvel were truly marvellous.
I wasn’t aware that the process of having solar panels fitted was safeguarded by an insurance scheme. However, it gave me added confidence especially when we were advised (quite rightly) to have our roof renewed at the same time. This was in November and not the best time for taking a roof off. But they were very quick and professional and we are already saving money on our electricity bills.
The whole experience was good from my initial enquiry to receiving quote everything went smoothly.As for the installation there were one or two slight delays due to personnel problems both with the scaffolding and the actual panel a battery installation,but nothing more than a day or two.
