We have had our Midea air source heat pump installed since September. We live in a 1950s semi, therefore it doesn’t have modern installation. The heat pump has dealt with wind rain and very cold weather this winter and has kept the house comfortably warm. The team that did the installation were hard working and extremely polite.
We were referred by our neighbours who were very happy with the company. We were also very happy, all was dealt with efficiently with full explanations of what would happen and how it all worked. The 2 guys who installed it were lovely and did an excellent job..left everything clean and tidy. A good experience overall.
Easy from start to finish. Installation completed in 1 day. JEM Energy gave us a reasonable discount as they installed on 2 adjacent cottages on the same day. Landlord happy as the epc is now high enough to continue letting both cottages out in the long-term and tenants happy as they have lower electricity bills. Happy landlord, happy tenants.
From consultant to installation the team were amazing, friendly and professional, easy to talk to, easy to ask questions about the heating system, nothing was too much trouble. Cleaned up afterwards, I would and have already recommended them. Amazing team. And a warm cleaner home
