Our installer IVoltz we’re excellent. Our only problem is having the number/certificate (MPAN ?) so we can contact our energy supplier to secure appropriate remuneration for electricity supplied to the grid. It may also be beneficial for us to change our tariffs.
I was particularly impressed by how smoothly the whole process went and ultimately how quickly the team took out my old system and got the new one running. I was never for one day without hot water. And it was very thoughtful indeed to provide me with heaters for the few days of no heat. The professionalism of the team was incredibly tidy and at the end of each day my home was made tidy and ready for the next day. They kept me informed throughout the process so I always knew what the next stage was. It made the transition much easier from day to day. Where possible they found solutions to hiding pipe work for which I am very grateful.It’s a relief to have a reliable heating and water system without the regular breakdown of my old boiler. I can certainly recommend Global to anyone thinking of a new heat pump system. The process took 4 days to complete and 1 day to commission it and it was a pleasure to have them in my home.
