Again polite and courteous and clear explanation as to what they were doing. They were clean and tidy and left no mess. The installation of our Aira Heat Pump…

The installation of our Aira Heat Pump was carried out efficiently. And we were kept fully informed throughout. The pump is now fully working. A few minor niggles about clearing up after the installation but nothing major.

This scheme ensured we had a good installation experience.

This scheme ensured we had a good installer for our heat pump/battery/solar. There is a lot of negative news about this method of heating and our experience using a company on the HIES scheme was excellent.Our 1965 built house is now much warmer and the bills are lower. Oh! and the gas meter has been removed.

HIES are a trade body Review

HIES are a trade body who provide a service to the Solar Industry and it's customers. They vet the suppliers and installers and give insurance based guarantees to customers of its members, which SOLARhomes who i used are. One concern I had as wether HIES had checked the accuracy of SOLARhomes quote as one communication was not clear. They responded within hours confirming they had reviewed and potential savings in line with Industry standards. Would recommend if you looking to install a Solar/Battery System on your home you use a HIES member to design, supply and install your system.

Heat pump install by octopus insured by HIES

HIES made me feel reassured with our air pump install. They vetted the installer and insured the installers guarantee. As well as protecting our deposit. Great installation from start to finish. All components delivered on time and complete. Installation went really well with no issues and team kept me updated at all times. Would highly recommend using HIES
