Very frustrated with my experience in trying to get a medical device shipped to Australia. It has taken nearly a month for me to get the unsatisfactory information that you are unable to shop to either Australia or South Africa. No alternatives or advice has been given as to how to get the blood pressure device to us in Australia. The only response is - return to the supplier or we can dispose. My understanding is that the size of these batteries is within the shipping parameters so I do not j see stand why you will not ship.I would not recommend your services ( or rather lack of services )
We bought this monitor when my husband was diagnosed with ischemic heart disease. It was super easy to set up and even the Cardiac Consultant of over 30 years experience was impressed and took note of the make etc for reference!Now we can keep a close eye on blood pressure and heart rate and the reports are really helpful and easy to understand.
Received it today. Great delivery…. but that’s where it ends!Charged up the devices, bluetooth connection ok, latest app.The comes initialisation -4hrs of “signal not strong” responses. 5mins they say!!! it tells you to try again and then “rub your wrist” so so rubbed my wrist many times! I’m lucky if there’s any skin on the bloody thing now!!!I swapped wrists (yep I rubbed that too!), I tightened the device, I loosened the device, I moved it up my wrist, moved it down my wrist - same stupid repetitive response “poor signal”!Stay away from this heap of techno rubbish! it it can’t find my blood pressure while I’m sat still in the optimum position what chance in hell does it have of doing it when I’m living my life?!?! One thing I do know is that my blood pressure was raised trying to get this rubbish to work!
I was intrigued to have a device which gave me an indication of where my BP was during day/night without having a cuff fitted for 24 hrs. It certainly gives insights but the data gaps can be frustrating as is the bracelet battery life. A good start but not a fully rounded product from price, battery life and consistency of data collection. Still interesting.
