Just BRILLIANT! Knowing my blood pressure 24/7 has really ease my stress in maintaining it especially during sleep. Easy to use/connect and most importantly, creating the report for my GP. I strongly feel that it is so helpful for both patient/wearer and doctor. Love it. Thanks, Aktiia!
I like the idea but.. I wish I had the option to press something on the app to take a reading. I think the rest is excellent. I have now got used to the new app. I did like the bars. I would like more readings per hour max 4 and give the user options to take readings. At the moment I look at app BP it has 1 reading then another has 2. This aside it is giving me a lot more confidence planning medication. Worth the money? For me yes.
The company is completly unable to answer and resolve Technical problems. The devide stopped working after a week. They keep askinh questions since 2 months without any solution or intention to replace the not working product. They keep marketing a product that is not working
The bracelet broke in the first week. After contacting their customer services, and having provided all the information they requested, they went silent. No advice, replacement or solution was offered. This device is not robust enough and apparently they don’t care.
