Following a major operation and a subsequent blood pressure spike that put me back in hospital I invested in an Aktiia for peace of mind and to help manage my blood pressure medication in conjunction with my doctor. After over 18 months continuous use I had an issue charging the unit. Aktiia dealt with my problem quickly and swapped the unit for a new one. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them for both the functionality of the monitor and their customer service.
Easy to forget about, strap on bracelet may irritate if working out. Very easy to use but battery doesn’t last for 7 days but you will get 4 days from it. Generally a good product and much better than the 24 hour monitor from your doctor
A fantastic product that ensures I can keep close to my heart health. The only thing I would do is get it to work seamlessly with the Apple Health app and change the strap which is pretty useless (and can fail - I lost a device when the buckle broke). Otherwise - superb.
After 2 months the plastic strap snapped. They charged me £35 for a new one, which at 15% of the value of the whole kit seems ludicrous. 2 months later the strap broke again, this time I lost the reader. No replacement reader available, you have to buy the full kit. Shoddy quality of product and service. Avoid.
