Review Time
I bought a waterproof coat from this company about a 10 mths ago and have not worn it many times certainly not in heavy rain .But when i did the shoulder part of the garment let in water .I have been back and forth with this company to try and get a refund or even an acknowledgement that they have received my return but nothing.Very disappointed in such a high end company be careful when you purchase anything you might want to send back!!!!
Loving my HC purchases… all made so well. Such quality! All packages were delivered beautifully & quickly!Best jeans I’ve ever bought, I now have all the colours! Also ordered a beautiful winter coat, suede jacket, casual jacket, cardigan, bag, boots, shoes & leggings… think I’m slightly obsessed! Kept them all!Returned a few items that I’d ordered in different sizes…always refunded very quickly!One of my favourite brands!
Very happy with my purchase. It was delivered promptly and was beautifully packaged. The Contour trouser is a high quality product. Well made. The trousers keep their shape well and continue to look smart after hours of wear. Highly recommend. Will purchase again.
I have several jackets and coats from Holland cooper and they last for years until I purchased a raincoat in 2021 hardly worn bit shoulder arm sleeve as torn where the waterproof fabric is I contacted Holland cooper they said time is up can’t do anything and offered £10 However they then said to take to a seamstress for repair,!How can a seamstress work on a waterproof fragile fabric I feel this didn’t happen during a earlier period due to the fact the rain coat was not warm and only meant for showers I approx wore 10 times So no I’m not happy about this not the usual quality Is my honest view L Rudd

NOW 30TH OCTOBER AND NO REFUND AS YET RECEIVED, THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE MANY PIECES FROM THIS COMPANY. BUT WILL NOT BE BUYING DIRECTLY AGAIN. This coat is stunning and lovely quality. It’s a pleasure to wear - it feels really glamorous and the quality is superb. I took my time to order this but, having worn it, I believe it represents value for money. The fabric is amazing and I’ve had many compliments when I’ve worn it. Great with a dress, a skirt and contour trousers… Styled with boots, it makes a stunning outfit. It arrived on time, packaged beautifully, as always, and with a suit carrier. It is completely true to size. 🤩
The quality of HC items has become poor. The company don’t want to accept faulty items back even though they admit that the material has changed but apparently this is “easily resolved with a de-piller device”. Brand new items… disgusting. Customer service are no help at all.BUYER BEWARE
