Have ordered many items from this…

Have ordered many items from this company, however the latest purchase a brown holdall £200 arrived with a faulty zip Immediately contacted the company. Sent a video to show defective zip. Emails are not responded to, and texts bounce back. No customer care at all, finally got to speak to someone after a week, explained now was unable to return the item within the allotted two weeks as going out of the country. No refund, no interest and no resolution. Wrote a review on their site which was obviously not five stars, and they promptly removed it. Probably why all their reviews are positive. Will not be buying from this company again Very disappointed. Used to be good quality and loved visiting the store, however quality has massively gone downhill. No customer care at all. Gone the same way as Karen millen. The customer service team definitely need proper training. This company must be losing thousands as everyone seems to be saying the same thing.

I love Holland Cooper company and the quality items they produce. I live in USA and we have a lot of choices in designers and stores, but I still chose to order from Holland Cooper, the items are very original but at the same time very classy and high quality. Very happy with all my purchases.

Appalling customer service!

Products are lovely and great quality but general business practice is shocking!On two occasions funds taken from my account and part order sent. On the second transaction one item wasn’t sent with the company not knowing when it would be in stock to dispatch to me. Just blame warehouse. Customer services passed my details on to someone else in their department who didn’t contact me. Ten days after funds taken still haven’t received any details. When I wrote a review with glowing details about the quality but the lack of delivery and customer services, the review was taken down from their site so only great reviews remain.Has really put me off as a future customer. Something so simple that other companies get so right and they get so wrong.

Chocolate leather Kensington…

I recently purchased the Chocolate leather Kensington boots….the quality and finish is beautiful and I’ve received so many compliments wearing them. Wonderful service at the Holland Cooper boutique also! everything was beautifully packaged and all the staff were so attentive- I’m really looking forward to my next visit x

Lost a loyal customer over a button

I’ve been a loyal Holland Cooper customer and have several of their pieces, which I’ve always loved for their design and quality.Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. A button came off my Amoria Flared Jeans after very little wear, and I was told there’s absolutely no way to get a replacement; not even at my own cost.For a premium brand that promotes craftsmanship and sustainability, it’s surprising that they don’t support small repairs. I hope they reconsider this policy.

Poor Quality and customer service is horrendous.

I have to say, for a brand that is positioning itself as a 'premium brand' the products are very hit and miss. The customer services is also horrendous. I have chased customer service so many times on returning a product for a exchange after i returned the faulty product and they sent the incorrect product as the exchange. Be better Holland Cooper.

Three Weeks On – Still No Resolution

Beautiful brand and concept, poorly executed. Returned a faulty item that Holland Cooper received on 22 September. I was told it would be processed within five days as per their policy, yet over three weeks later I’ve had to chase repeatedly and been passed between departments. Reading other reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. I’ve made several purchases with the brand and have always loved their clothes, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and falls below the standard expected from a company that markets itself as luxury. The ongoing delay also breaches my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Surprised to learn most pieces are made abroad given the strong “British made” message. Sadly, they’ve lost a loyal customer in me.
