I am writing to share my experience with this UK-based clothing retailer. On multiple occasions, I received incorrect sizes, which appears to occur when the requested size is not actually in stock.The return process is unnecessarily difficult, and obtaining a refund has been challenging. Phone calls go unanswered, and there seems to be no reliable customer service support available.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Customer service is lacking

Customer service is lacking, after several emails and attempting to call which after a lengthy wait then said no one was available to answer I am rather disappointed. Quality clothing let down by customer service is just mot worth the hassle and so I doubt I will be making any further purchases from this company. They seem to find the time to be on social media but not to answer or deal with customer enquiries.
