absolutely thrilled

I’m so very pleased with my latest purchase of the country suede jacket! 10/10 Wow it’s truly gorgeous 🫶 the quality, fit and subtle attention to detail is beautiful. It looks much more expensive than it is! I can’t wait to wear it! Delivery was quick and was beautiful packed. I’ve bought a few things of late and will definitely be adding to my collection. Thank you Holland & Cooper 🐴🫶🐴

The items I ordered are amazing but..

The items I ordered are amazing! The shirts fit exactly how you want them to with great materials, I can’t fault the shirts! The Gilet is also great! I wish there were tightening toggles on the waist but I think the pockets are too thick to have one? I’m not sure, hard to explain but overall a really nice addition to my wardrobe. Where I feel Hollandcooper let themselves down is in the returns/exhange department. It took 9 days from returning item for exchange to receiving exchanged item which is great! However, there was ZERO communication fromHollandcooper. I had no confirmation that the parcel was received, being processed or even sent back out for delivery. I had to chase them up but had no response via their email. When I emailed again I had a response of “I’ll pass your message on to the correct department” and then never heard anything so I had to phone them to find out where my parcel was! I was told over the phone “it should be out for delivery” on the same day of phoning! I had no emails telling me my parcel had even been received, Nevermind out for delivery! Unfortunately the item was left at my back door while it hammered down and was drenched by the time my partner arrived home to take indoors. Had I had an email from HC we would have timed my partner being at home for the delivery. It’s just frustrating that you pay a premium price for a premium brand and the most fundamental part (communication) is terrible. This would be a 5/5 star brand if they fix their returns/communication out.

Classic & quality right here .

A little glitch with communication at first ….and took longer than ex to arrive , but in all honesty the coat was worth the wait , absolutely too quality …..even better than I imagined …gorgeous colour ….i ordered the chocolate , this coat did not disappoint . Thank you so much Holland Cooper 🤗.

From ordering to receiving my trainers was a seamless experience. My suede and leather trainers are beautiful. Packaging is luxurious. Perfect fit. I will definitely order again from H & C. Grace C Dublin Ireland

Ive bought many items from in store or…

Ive bought many items from in store or online, and never had a problem with quality from the iems, the recent purchase ( back in March) a blazer had a fault so i sent an email enquiring about it as I had only worn the item twice and they had accepted me to return it to which I was suprised with as it is out with the return period but I am absolutely delighted as the blazer is stunning. So ive sent it back today & have the proof recipt, but in all I'd say so far Ive had superb customer service & I look forward to my replacement arriving

I bought a belt from them and…

I bought a belt from them and unfortunately brushed up against me kitchen units a couple of times. The buckle scratched really badly When I contacted them they didn’t want to know. As the belt cost £179 I was very dissapointed. Needless to say I will not be buying from them again

Sent wrong item and heard nothing back from customer services

I ordered a couple of items as a birthday present, paid for next day delivery which arrived on time and was beautifully packaged, but one of the items I was sent was the wrong item and wasn't even advertised on the website. I contacted customer services asking for the correct item to be sent with next day delivery and had an auto-reply stating all enquiries will be looked into and responded to within 1-2 days. I had nothing back and have since sent 3 follow up emails/enquiries without a response. I ended up giving the wrong item as one of the presents as I couldn't get a replacement quick enough, but it wasn't what they'd asked for and to have had zero response to any of my emails is just awful. My first email was sent 14 days ago and I still haven't had a reply.

Wrong item received and unable to get a resolution

I received the wrong order and after 5 days, 5 emails, 4 phone calls and 2 voicemails this has still not been addressed.When you do speak to someone they are helpful but don't seem to follow up on any of the promises they make. I am still awaiting for a resolution to the issue and should not have to chase so much to get a response.
