Holland Cooper clothing is beautiful made with incredible details. The fabric, hardware and cut of the jeans of which I own about 6 pairs, truly incredible. I have never had jeans fit like Holland Cooper jeans and it is not just one style. I have jodpur jeans, biker jeans, wide leg jeans and contour jeans and they are all truly works of art. The contour jeans do exactly what they say, they contour without restriction. I can also speak to the equestrian wear. I have the thermal lined jodpurs as well as riding tights. Both have been used many many times and after washing literally look brand new. Again, the details of the jodpurs is exquisit, the stirrup is a lovely touch. The clothing is made to be worn and it wears well. I have had to send one item back due to it being the wrong size that I ordered and because they ship to the USA with DHL I did have to drive 40 minutes to return it because I don't live in a city or near a very large town. It really was no bother and I knew about the distance before I placed my first order.
I purchased a gilet which when it arrive had used sweet wrappers in the pockets along with dirty marks. so the item has clearly been used!After phoning and email their customer service i was informed that I only get a refund 5 days after the item has been returned. A refund should have been offered immediately!I shopped at Holland Cooper directly to insure that the items was new and genuine. Had I wanted a second hand one I could have got that much cheaper elsewhere.poor show Holland Cooper.
Items nice but customer service is dreadful They pride themselves on luxury but let themselves down on communicating with their customers Not really the experience I expected Still waiting for any confirmation of a refund, they received the item on Monday as I paid nearly £10 for tracking as Northern Ireland is considered “International” !!!! Maybe instead of concentrating on your social media feed actually concentrate on the reviews you are getting from your customers. If I had of known the ratings where so low I wouldn’t of bought from yourselvesVery disappointing experience
I have been eyeing up Holland and Cooper black jeans for some time. Read reviews about the quality, workmanship then decided to order a pair on 26th October. I decided to buy one size bigger. My jeans came today 30th October. Oh my they are gorgeous, gold detailing and beautifully wrapped. I am so pleased I ordered a size bigger (size 12) as they fit beautifully my usual size 10 would have been tight. They do fit small so my advice would be to size up in jeans.
Re Order #1001442 - October 05, 2025I am extremely concerned after receiving an email to review an order of which I did not order or receive. I am currently contacting H&C and will update my review on the outcome. Hopefully swiftly resolved.I have been a customer of H&C having ordered several outfits over the last few years and found the experience to be good and the quality of clothes very good/excellent. I originally bought a pair of jeans from Holland and Cooper in a size that was too big, but the return process was super easy and straightforward. I simply took them down to my local parcel office, and the refund was processed within a week. I then ordered the correct size, and they’re absolutely perfect! Couldn’t recommend them more — both the jeans and the service were excellent.
