Review Time
I used to be a regular client but HC are not what they once were. Items not delivered. Three emails to customer services ignored. Will have to initiate an Amex chargeback. Not a premium service and I will not be buying again, Noticed that every product seems to be made in China now.
I received a jacket which had some loose threads, which didn't worry me too much as not visible. Upon wearing the jacket for a couple of hours I discovered the sleeves kept bunching up and twisting. Obviously a design and stitching fault.I have contacted customer services: 6 emails with only automated responses, 1 phone call unanswered, and a social media message. I have heard nothing.This is extremely disappointing, for a brand that claims to be British excellence, excellence they are not. This is thst last time I purchase from them.
Clothes were lovely but returns experience poor. Denied my parcel had been received when it had, unwilling to implement a simple return, and when both items eventually refunded I was not notified. They declare customers need to wait up to 10 days for returns confirmation and this is way too long compared to other high profile retailers. If using this retailer KEEP YOUR RETURN SHIPPING RECEIPT! You may need it
An utterly disappointing experience with this company! I have honestly never dealt with another company like it! Constantly chasing them, they ignore emails when it suits and do not care about you as a customer. If your item gets lost they do not care! They will not replace or refund until they have taken weeks to investigate (company policy) they need to update their policies and start treating customers better. I would recommend finding an independent company to buy your items from and not direct!
Purchased chocolate brown jeans , in regular leg length. I’m a 30 inch leg - they arrived and even with heels were far too long - exchanged for the short leg length that fits perfectly. Accuracy of website did not reflect true length of jeans . I do love the jeans !Refunds service for a jumper & jacket easy but the staff at HC on the phone could be a little warmer & not so aloof when asking for advice/help.
I bought a rain parka (Chartwell) for my wife for her birthday. I wouldn't normally spend as much as I did, but my wife loved the look of the coat, so went ahead. Very glad I did. It's expensive, but it's very well made and high quality. It's a good fit, it's surprisingly warm, but most importantly, it keeps the rain out completely. It just shrugs off water. Within a few seconds of hanging it up, it's dry. Excellent coat. I can't really comment on the customer service, as I haven't had any interactions, but in terms of product, this was outstanding.
It’s so interesting reading the other reviews on people’s experience with the customer service team at Holland Cooper. I’m actually shocked at how poor the service is for a ‘luxury’ brand. No response from customer service, my items were squeezed into a box that was too small so arrived like rags and you can’t return online items in store. Very bizarre service model. Once I’ve got my items exchanged (whenever CS get round to responding to me) I definitely won’t purchase online from Holland Cooper again.
I bought two jackets and a gilet from Holland Cooper; realising I needed them sooner than thought, the staff ensured I received them on time by changing the postal to 24hrs. Once the clothes had arrived, I was super pleased with the quality and sizing which fits me well and as described. I am definitely using them again and would recommend them too!
