I didn't want to leave a negative review, but since the customer care team hasn't responded to my two emails, I feel compelled to do so. I've spent a significant amount with this company recently and have never had an issue until now. I'm very disappointed with my latest order, the belt bag. The quality is far below my expectations. The clasp was scratched, the bag was scuffed, and it certainly does not feel 'premium' as advertised. The scuff was immediately visible upon opening the dust bag, so I’m unsure how it passed quality control. The lack of customer service has made this even more frustrating. I've emailed twice with clear photos and explanations, yet there has been no acknowledgment or response. This level of service is unacceptable from a brand I have previously trusted. I will be returning the bag and not reordering.
This company should have a much better rating than 3.8!! I received my Holland cooper order quickly, perfectly packaged and the quality of the clothes is outstanding. All true to size, Looks and feels expensive. Simply put, the best clothing website. Currently have my eye on a dress which Is currently OOS, my husband is going to wish I never came across this brand 😌
I ordered two bags in the black Friday sale. Paid for them , was informed by email that they were on their way. I Informed the excited recipients ( daughter and daughter in law)they were going to receive the bags for Christmas. Next day received an email stating there was something wrong with their system and they don't have the sale items but I can buy them full price ! Obviously I was not going to do that , several emails were exchanged , no good will whatsoever to receive same bag that they have in stock , different colour ways at price I'd paid already (but they STILL took my money)and informed me I could buy at FULL PRICE ! I was about to become a gold member as I had bought several items over the years , I will NEVER shop with this company ever again as they are hard-faced money grabbers. They do not seem to care about their customers in my experience and I might add the hardware on several items looks very cheap and plastic-like. I will go to Fairfax and Favour now , much nicer quality items and lovely customer relations. I will not support companies who couldn't care less about their customers.
I discovered the company online through advertising so went to thier site to check them out.Im one of these men how love to help the wife with her clothes and know a lot about women's fashion and labels.I love the branding of Holland Cooper.My first purchase was this early November for a Christmas present for the wife.I bought a yard jacket.The jacket is a lovely colour and great quality.The wife had to try it on to make sure it fit okay, despite it being a Christmas present.She loves it and is now away for Christmas.Yesterday I bought her some leggings and a hat in the Black Friday sale for her as more surprise presents.Their Black Friday sale was excellent and got Two real bargains.They are an expensive brand,but I personally love the branding,I think it is excellent and will be looking to buy more in the future.Nice packaging too..
