I have bought several items from the company and they have been of superb quality and the packaging is fantastic. I e mailed this week to query a fit of a garment I intendended to buy and they phoned me to discuss rather than e mail which is unusual this day and age They were extremely personal and helpful and dealt with my query. I will definitely use this company again
I returned a belt in which the buckle had snapped off, I had the belt for 17 months but didn’t expect it to break based on the cost of it and that I had not worn it every day. I expected it to be repaired and had a nice surprise to receive a new one,I’m extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Holland Cooper and will continue to purchase their products.
I have purchased a lot of Holland Cooper goods for myself and for family. By post is always delivered very quickly and so nicely packaged. If you go to the shop the staff are just so friendly and very helpful. All parceled up beautiful.
I have purchased several things from H & C and have been really pleased with all of them. From coats, jackets and sweaters to blankets / throws. All of them have been beautifully made and the quality is second to none. Their website is easy to navigate and their packaging is exceptional. Totally worth five stars.
Lovely size and fit of the Arosa Coat. Quality excellent. Kept me toasty warm at -1º temperatures and completely dry stood queueing in the pouring rain. Only slight niggle the zip is a little difficult being a double zip. Great for smaller ladies 5' 3" just hope you offer one in the chocolate colour next year. Goods always arrive beautifully packed with care.
I’ve bought several items from Holland & Cooper—jumpers, jeans, handbags and belts—and I’m absolutely in love with their whole range. The jumpers are fantastic quality with gorgeous finishing touches like the gold emblems and buttons.Their jeans are true to size, beautifully detailed and made from lovely soft fabric. I’m really fussy with jeans, but both pairs I own are now firm favourites.I also have the Camden cross-body bag and it’s simply stunning.The packaging is classy, the presentation is beautiful, and delivery times are always great.My only complaint? I need to stay off their website because I want everything! 🤣
Disappointed! Received item in a cardboard box with inlay which was far to big to be gifted properly, emailed to CS Amelia about a smaller box or gift bag to be told the don’t do smaller boxes & I wouldn’t be able to get after sale packaging now which isn’t true! Very quick to respond but lazy unacceptable solution. Therefore returned complete item & awaiting refund. Not the best service from a supposed high end brand!!
