I’ve bought several items from Holland and Cooper and I love the equestrian rang. I have several waistcoats but unfortunately one of my recent ones has stitching coming undone. I have emailed in and show pictures and I’ve have called and emailed again and nobody has got back with an outcome. I’ve got to the point now fed up with chasing just not getting a response from you which she said you would. So this is really disappointing how I spend several hundreds of pounds a year with you or even thousands of pounds I would like customer service would be great if you could actually get back to me thank you
I’ve purchased 2 pairs of the same style jeans with them, I’ve washed both pairs as instructed and the dark blue pair shrunk in the wash and were an inch shorter than my other pair. I contacted customer service who said to send them in for a refund, which I did, however they have since ignored several emails from me and a voicemail and have now told me they’re sending them back to me. A very poor experience and I would not recommend
Went to Bicester village (my first trip and loved it) at 11 am. We shopped Christmas pressies and one of my daughters who wanted a warm coat just couldn’t find the ‘one’. About 8 pm we spotted Holland Cooper (which I love) and she spotted the Crawford Coco Mini Flock longline coat! That was it!!!! Love at first sight! It looks phenomenal on her! IRead more about review stating WOW! have to say the photos don’t do some of the coat’s justice! They are all amazing in real life! This one in particular is gorgeous the fabric, style, quality, it’s all there! The logo is more subtle and it looks classy! My daughter loves how warm it is and has the ‘thumb holes’ also if required! My other daughter then tried on the Arosa Walnut long coat and another gorgeous style, fabric, looks amazing belted! So just before closing my daughters found the coats they were looking for, I ordered the brown suede loafers and if we had more time , had my eye on other items! I’m on the website now so it’s not over yet. I highly recommend the coats as they also have that extra something else about them and fit like a dream! Thank you H&C. 🙏🏼 true to size!
Very poor operationally.Lovely quality clothing but poor when it comes to delivery.I paid extra for next day delivery. Placed the order before 13.00 and didn't hear a word the next day until I called the office (tried online chat but there was no answer, strangely). The lady on the phone was very sweet but confirmed the delivery hadn't even left the warehouse in error, so I would not be getting it that day - pretty disappointed given what I have paid, and that I am away the next day - this was a present which I needed to take with me.
My order was literally shoved in the bin bag style packaging, gamely looking like it’s been chewed by dogs… not quite what you’d expect from a brand that’s trying to position as premium. Next and New Look make a better impression than this abomination. Avoid
I bought the ‘Noel’ room spray and I would buy it again! Yes, it’s pricey & extravagant but it’s worth the money if you would like your home to smell of a classy Christmas. It is divine✨ you only need one or two spritz’s of the luxurious fragrance for the whole room. You will receive a lot of compliments for sure.I enjoyed the whole experience with H&B, seamless service. You get what you pay for I guess!
This is clearly a very well run company with quality clothing. Very fast ordering and delivery. Its when you want to return items is becomes an issue. POD shows a returned item on 20-11-2025, yet over email on 24-11-2025 returned was denied having been received. I was worried that i'd lost my POD but found it luckily. A better system should be in place to confirm a return is received the moment it arrives at warehouse. I understand it can take a few days for the return to be processed. When you are buying high end items i would expect a better system. other less expensive brands issue refunds much quicker. Its a shame this part of the business is lacking.
Over the last 6 months I have bought a number of items and loved them unfortunately I have just had to return 3 items as they didn’t fit after 10 days of returning I am still waiting for a refund and despite contacting their customer service team I have been ignored this now has resulted in me not wanting to purchase any further items
This company is fraudulent! I ordered a pair of jeans with flowers painted below the knee as they were described and as they were shown, and when they arrived, they were cheaply made stretch pants of the poorest quality, and they were certainly not jeans. When I tried to return them, I was given one email after another, trying to divert me from a full refund. In the end they refused to pay for the shipping label but agreed to give me a full refund and I have sent the garment back to them and I will review again if I have any trouble getting a full refund. $66 for a piece of junk plus the shipping to return it. They actually offered to pay me 25% refund and I get to keep the item which shows me that they’ve had a lot of complaints. How could this company be considered a luxury company? I will make sure that everyone I know doesn’t use them and knows to watch out for their fraudulent advertising.
