not very happy with my dinner today as i was waiting for over 1 hour for them to mess up my order and then come over blaming it on us saying ‘if u ever come back be clear on what you get’ and rolling her eyes. ended up leaving without any burgers!
I was in Camden Town restaraunt today and despite being told that the burger I ordered could be made gluten free, it turned out it wasn’t and I am now very sick and have been vomitting ever since! I would definitely not recommend this restaraunt if you are a ceoliac!
I’m so disappointed as today I went to Camden Town Honest Burger, as a coeliac I asked about gluten free options and was talked through how anything could be made coeliac friendly. It turns out that the burger I ordered was not gluten free, despite my requests. I’m now very sick and vomiting and can no longer enjoy the rest of my holiday. If you are coeliac I would not recommend this restaurant, and I will never be returning and will be telling the coeliac Facebook group I am part of, to forewarn them not to go here so the same thing doesn’t happen to them.
Honest burger absolutely superb service and even better food Food always consistently good across many beaches showing the quality assurance is on pointStaff all well trained and polite understanding the needs of neurodiverse people during visits.This is how customer service should be!!!Bravo Honest burger owners!!
Order food for the first time from honest burgers in Windsor via Uber eats.After 40 mins wait I checked the tracking to find the driver had passed my house and delivered to other houses in the area.I called the driver who informed me he was delivering and would drop off to me last. Food was stone cold and items missing from the bag. I called the honest branch who said I could get a refund on the Uber ear app , like previous customers have stated there is no option on the Uber site.The assistant offered to send a full replacement !! Over an hour later I was still waiting and re called the branch again. Was told the delivery had just left ! Nearly one and half hours later the food arrived , again stone cold. Disgusting service, would never shop there again or use Uber eats ! Honest burgers , sort you systems out otherwise you will continue to lose more customers !
Ordered through Uber eats, food took so long to come, freezing cold & looked disgusting. I’ve taken lots of pictures, never ever seen anything like this. The burger is burnt & the so called chips OMG. AWFUL ,Awful 🤮. Of course this meal was not eaten. I wish I could show photos.
Chiswicj Branch: Ordered at 18.51 and was told would be sent out at 19.29. Called them at 20.00 to ask where it was and was told it had been in the hot box for 20 mins. Told them this was not good enough and asked for a full refund and was told I would have to take that up with Uber Eats. I said I didn't order from Uber Eats I ordered from you to which the man on the phone siad he was too busy and put the phone down. Tried to call back but they must have taken the phone off the hook. Food turned up cold at 20.20. Nowhere on the website does it mention refund and I haveno idea where to look on the Uber Eats website. Food cost £51.00. Ridiculous service, avoid. Will be going in to the shop when they open tomorrow.

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times.
