One of the best burgers and chips in London. Staff is friendly and food is served realtively quickly. Prices are on par with similar restaurants. However, when picking up food, they sometimes forget to give condiments or give too little.
Absolutely appalling service in Ealing branch arrived at 9:40pm and told kitchen was closed as it would take yo long to cook my burger despite a posted closing time of 10pmManager was dismissive and rude and did not even engageBeen a loyal customer for a while and given this is the only branch near to me i will not be purchasing again here very sadAvoid !!!!
Got a takeaway from here this weekend and was freezing cold when it arrived! and it took over an hour. Appreciate that it is likely Uber Eats responsibility (despite them not offering a refund), but that falls with Honest Burger for using them. It was soggy and terrible.
Warren Street:It has become a habit of having lunch there every time we go to the maternity with my wife. The staff is very kind, the food is always excellent calling those burgers honest is underestimating.Thinking about having another child, just to have an excuse to go to the maternity again!
Honest Burger Cardiff Store (30/10/2023)Sent me food well after an hour since I ordered which was cold and soggy. The burger I had ordered had items I wanted removed as I was allergic and they forgot to include my additional order of Rosemary Salted Fries. Tried to resolve with store (Dan) who was initially helpful and stated to go to Uber and they would authorize refund. Uber then refused the refund so I contacted the store and I spoke to the local village idiot (lawrence) who had a hissy fit because I swore out of frustration (in general, not at him) and he was almost crying when he told me he didn't need to take this and put the phone down.I would avoid unless you want cold food and incompetent staff who get emotional when you try and resolve the situation, any burger place in Cardiff would be better than honest burger (honestly)
Had the day in Camden Town. London. 27.10.23Seven of us there for the day for an 18th birthday. My granddaughter whose also 18 has been diagnosed with coeliac disease. The venue we attended could not accommodate her. We left our friends to go eat and meet later. Googled gluten free restaurant and Honest burger came up. I phoned and the young lady I spoke to tried to give me directions. In the end she came and found us and took us there. She went above and beyond to help. We were starving!!Her customer service was exceptional. All the staff were lovely. Oh and food fantastic. Would so highly recommend. Thankyou Andra.

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…
